We really enjoyed living at The Juliana for over 2+ years. The whole staff were great from the front desk, to the maintenance team and the leasing office, especially Ashley, who made our time at The Juliana seamless. Even through COVID times all the teams including the leasing office were great! Thank you again, we really enjoyed our time there.

I've been a resident at the Juliana for over 6 years now and in the last year new management has taken over and has become a terrible environment to live in. If you're expecting a company that tends to your needs and doesn't take advantage of their tenets this is not the place. I'm disgusted on the many hazards we've faced living here in the last few months. To pay a premium you should expect a certain amount of service for the management but they don't care and they'd much rather take you for your money than give you an easy living environment. Too many other places in Hoboken and Jersey City

It's a pretty good condominium. The courtyard in between the two buildings is very nice. The condominium is about a 25 min walk from the NJ transit/PATH station and there is a free Juliana shuttle that goes to the station, which operates on weekdays during peak hours. The apartments are modernized and are decent quality.

The overall environment is quiet and clean. Staff is available and responsive to issues. The maintenance team usually came quickly to fix a problem within a day. However, there are exceptions. One of my windows is still missing its screen 3 months after I moved in, and my mailbox wasn't fixed until several days ago.
