One of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived at. The only two downsides were the pool parties and lack of parking spaces. Pool parties could get pretty wild and loud if you live nearby, but management did a great job controlling the chaos to the best of their ability. After a couple of months I opted into a paid, covered parking spot because it was always difficult to find a place to park every night. The complex is built for the people that live there, not for the popular hang out spot it's become. Regardless of these two things however, I would live here again in a heartbeat. I loved the

We just moved out and I would’ve given 5 stars but parking can be tough to deal with sometimes. Should have rented a car port. It was quiet and nice and more than enough space. The patio size was great and plenty of cabinet space. It’s pretty, close to everything you need but most importantly it’s quiet and away from the center of things. I liked being tucked back in the corner. Plenty of amenities that I rarely used but we didn’t live there long enough to really experience everything with our schedules. Good experience. If I had to come back to San Angelo we’d stay there again but would

Very nice apartments!
Piss poor management.
Prices go up often, no subleasing or options to exit lease early. When I moved in place was not ready and not very clean.
Leasing staff is short, rude and not nice to mist residents.
Be prepared for being called out while at the pool by your name for drinking out of a can. Maintenance department is rude as well and slow to fix stuff if they are able.
Be careful on move-out, they will keep deposit and charge $45 carpet cleaning fee's, $205 cleaning fee and more.
I hired a cleaner and cleaned the apartment and was still hit with many fee

For the past four years, my six person family has called the BLVD home. We are in a three bedroom unit overlooking the lake. We moved into The BLVD because my husband works. so. much. With four kids and one vehicle, we needed a safe and clean home, and with the amenities to keep us entertained all day. We are close to grocery stores, not too far from medical offices and a mile from a really great elementary school. I have signed 15 leases in my life, coast to coast. This is the largest floor plan for the most median price. Every maintenance issue we have had, has been answered with concern and

Pros
-nice modern spacious apartments
-granite countertops, vinyl flooring, wooden blinds
-includes washer & dryer
Cons
-unfriendly staff
-black appliances such as fridge, microwave, fridge (if you are giving upscale look then give stainless steel appliances)
-apt keys, mailbox keys are dependent on number of people staying in the apartment as opposed to standard 2 apartment keys & 2 mailbox keys. If you need more keys, you need to make them at your cost
-gate remote is $25 NON-REFUNDABLE....when I leave I would return the gate remote like I would return the apt & mailbox keys

I've been here for over two years now and what can I say... it’s the best place to live in West Texas. The apartments are large with quality finishes for a good price, the pools (yes, plural) are always clean and a life saver in the blazing summers. I've also never heard my neighbors which is always a plus. Yes there are rules, but you can live pretty freely around here and flex while you’re at it making people think back home that you’re living in a million dollar estate... but really, the management could not be any better. The girls in the front offices are genuinely very nice, helpful

When you're dreaming of the perfect apartment experience in San Angelo, The BLVD is the place you imagine. My specific highlights I'd like to express are firstly the gorgeous pond and fountain in the middle of the complex. Five laps around the pond is a mile and it makes for a great running spot. Secondly and maybe more importantly was the exceptional hospitality of the property manager, Anastasia, and all of her staff. Every part of the renting experience was made easy with them. Any maintenance issues (which were extremely rare)were handled promptly and professionally. I was there for 3 years

The BLVD has made my time in San Angelo an absolute delight. Moving for work and trying to find a place to call home can be tough, but here they truly made it feel like it was the spot I was meant to be. Some key features that make it such an amazing complex is the pond with its fountain, pool areas and how nicely the grounds are kept. Another great attribution to this place is its staff. Anastasia and her team (Kelsey, Alyssa and Ashley) make sure to help with any issues that may come up during your stay. They are on top of any maintenance issue and handle it in a timely manner. It saddens me

I stayed at The Blvd for two and a half years, and I very much enjoyed my stay. The amenities were great and the property was very well maintained. Since I have been there, management constantly made improvements to the property. Maintenance staff was very friendly and completed maintenance requests in a timely manner. When I moved to San Angelo, safety was my main concern and no other apartment complex in town satisfied my standard. It seemed that this was one of a few complexes in Angelo that is completely gated.

Do not move to the Blvd Apts... or at least to Phase 2.. I have been on wait list for 5 months to get a reserved parking spot. I cannot find a parking spot close to my apartment. The other night I parked in handi-cap (late at night) and I leave at 7am because if not i would of had to park 3 buildings over. And the cop that lives there gave me a $500 ticket because another resident turned me in. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU CAN GET A RESERVED SPOT. the bugs are awful and I've killed 3 scorpions! Not renewing my lease. The staff that works here is great but there is nothing they can do to help

Staff is awesome! Units are top notch, and the property is beautiful! The residents are all so nice. Perfect for students or families, and there’s a good mix of both. I always felt safe even walking my dog at night, which is something I feel is important when picking a place to live. The pools are great and the gym is exceptional. BIG FAN!

My daughter has lived at the BLVD Apts. for almost 3 years. I would come and stay the winter months with her and visited throughout the year as well. She is in the military and she has moved around the states. The BLVD by far is the best apartment and living experience. It's designed as a vacation resort with the pools, club houses, grills, walking lake, workout rooms, and the design of the apartments and its views. I don't know where to begin with the staff. They are ALL amazing from the girls in the office, the maintenance men, and the Apartment Manager. Anything you need, any

DO NOT move into these "luxury apartments". We lived at the BLVD Apartments for a little over 7 months and were very displeased. This complex lacks parking as on many different occasions we arrived back past 8 o'clock and there were no parking places available for residents. They do offer covered parking spots if you want to pay an extra $30 a month, but you shouldn't have to pay extra money to have a spot guaranteed for you. I've lived in many different apartment complexes throughout my college years and I've never met a more impolite and discourteous leasing office

I have never written this before, but be warned!
The management office is just terrible -- they will ignore signed contract -- repeat, signed contract. They misinform legal rights of tenants. When you finally realize that the apartment is not worth your money, and when they promise to return your deposit, again, they ignore their promise. You will never be safe with your contract, the information you get from them is not accurate, and they will break promise and not return your money. Can they do that? The owner must know how bad the management team is -- in the end, he is responsible.

Stayed here 8 months from August-April 2016. Was able to get a unit in Phase Two and this was by far one of the nicest places I've lived in. Everything was brand new and the amenities offered throughout the complex were great. Things were still being worked on since Phase Two was still a work in progress but the staff did a great job in keeping us up to date. Speaking of the staff, they were extremely friendly and were a pleasure to talk with. Pet fee was reasonable and they also had dog cleanup stations spread out throughout the complex. Covered parking is a must have IMO with the hot Texas

We stayed in The Blvd Phase 1 in a single bedroom apartment.
These were beautiful apartments with spacious living areas and a pet-friendly and family-centered environment. They're also military-friendly. We never had any problems while we lived there. The staff was also very friendly and willing to answer any questions/concerns.
What originally drew me to the Blvd Apartments was that the pet weight limit was up to 75lbs. Most apartments don't allow pets higher than 15-50lbs. Then I was sold once I saw pictures of the apartments and learned more about the place.
