Very nice location for living. Love that the lake is right down the street and the comfort of knowing it is taken care of here. Management is amazing, Deana made it really easy for us to apply when we were stationed over seas. I am impress with maintenance and how quickly they take care of our needs. I do recommend Lakeshore Village and the team here.

The manager is rude and doesn’t listen to customers concerns. Assistant manager not much better. They both need to realize they are in a customer service industry and act professional. The management company doesn’t seem to care either. Not sure there is much hope for this place. Maybe a complete retraining on how to treat customers and act professional.

My wife and I are in the middle of our second, one year lease. We love living out here. It is a nice and quite neighborhood. Our 3/2 is nicely remodeled. Like any apartment or home, we have had a few minor things mess up but the maintenance man Charley is awesome. He has been out to our home many times over the last year and a half and has always done a fast and awesome job with our repairs needed. Everyone in the front office have always been very helpful and nice to work with since the day we filled out our application. We plan on calling Lakeshore home for quite a while.

lakeshore village appartement; rent $ 1060 a month for 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom plus all the bill, you will end up $1500 or more. We move in 8/17/17 with a deposit of $500 with is given to you in 30 days after you move out. According to them you will be charge $60 for only carpet cleaning. We got order to another state so we gave them 30 days notice plus copied of the order saying we will be moving out the end of November. The mover packet so late that I called them to let them know that we will give them the keys 1/12/17 and the front desk lady there told me “

First, let me preface this review: this is a review of the management offices for Lakeshore Villages; the houses are great, and are being slightly renovated to be even better. However, the same cannot be said about the management office.
I lived in Lakeshore village for 9 months, during that time there were a few things that needed to be repaired in the house. Every time that we called for a work order we were given the same response, that they would put it in and get back to us. Everytime we would have to call everyday or two to check on the status of our work order. Then, a few days into this
