If I could give this place zero stars I would. There’s a long list of things about our apartment that were horrible but the worst were the cockroaches and BED BUGS. I couldn’t sit a plate of muffins out to cool for 10 minutes without them being absolutely COVERED in roaches. Bed bugs started in our room, moved to our BABY’S room, and into the living room. They had to “exterminate” them multiple times and they tore us up for months. . I added a picture of them crawling on our baby’s pack n play when we went to throw it away. We lost all of our furniture and a bunch of clothing because

Do not waste you're money here. IF YOU'RE OUT OF STATE DONT DO IT!!!! The price is tempting but you will lose more money just by staying here! The place is INFESTED with ROACHES that they're not properly taking care of. the whole building is infested! I've talked to other tenants and they are not having the best experience either. Everyone that I have talked to are happy to leave soon! I hope they write a review as well to help others steer clear from this place. AS OF 09/07/2021, THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT!

I sold my house and wanted to rent a smaller place, I sent messages to different locations to contact me and see if they had availabilities and the amenities they offered, Vicky from Belaggio at Sunset apartments contacted me next day and went to see them, I met Vicky and Sheniqua I knew this was the place I wanted to move in, they were so welcoming and honest

Worst place I have ever moved into I've lived there for two and a half years and my apartment unit was infested with roaches and water bugs not to mention if the storm that blew in and blew the roof off the place didn't come in I would have to finish my contract so I packed up and got the hell out of there. I urge whoever's looking for a great place to live, this is not one of them, it will stress you out from the day you move in.

I have been here for 6 years now. We finally got a good land lady. She walks the grounds alot everyday to make sure things are going good for us Tenants. And there is not another land lady that can hold a candle to Vicki our Land lady now. She don't just sit in the office she's out cleaning apartments and working real hard . I have never seen a land lady do all the hard work she does. She got this place in such tip top shape . and I want to say thank you Vicki for staying as long as you have. And making it a much nicer place to live.

Been here another year and still love it. Vicki has really worked hard on this place and it shows. Probably the prettiest pool in San Angelo. She goes above and beyond to make this feel like home. Maintenance is awesome as well. Most work orders are fixed same day. Super pet friendly, all the employees here know my dog by name and always stop to give him a loving pet when they see him. Five stars for sure!

I have been here almost a year now and I couldn't be happier with Bellagio. The management has been nothing but sweet to me, they help me whenever I have any questions and maintenance orders are fulfilled the same day when possible. Becky always has a friendly smile and makes going into the office a great experience. Maintenance staff is very nice as well, and I've never had any issues with them. Great place for the price you are paying, and great bedroom space. Perfect for me (a college student). I've seen nothing but good changes since I've moved in to the apartment.
