So a little story I would like to share , me and my husband just had a baby in July , our first!!! It has been so difficult to find a apartment & hard to find someone who was willing to meet with us in a Saturday. We went last Saturday & met with a lovely lady Delia , we put our applications in & were approved & put our deposit down & saw the apartment ALL within 30 minutes. Now I love the apartment, it’s so cute & the price is amazing! We definitely plan to live here for a while!! And the people here are willing to go out of the way to HELP!!! Delia was so amazing & made sure we knew everything

- If something breaks, management will never fix it. Submitted a request 2 months ago and I am still waiting
- Laundry facility doesn't take coins and uses a really annoying card system
- Management will not tell you when you have package at the office. Its really not hard to send an email or leave a message but they wont

If you can find a cheaper place go there. The price is the only thing this place has going for it

Honestly, I miss the old manager Lorain. The new manager is rather unkind and tends to belittle a lot of the residents. Also, I keep having another resident park in the covered parking spot (THAT I PAY FOR). And the time I tried to call the front desk about it, got a very ugly talking to from the new manager because I woke her for calling the courtesy officer. I pay for that spot to protect my vehicle against weather conditions. When I asked about having the other resident towed from my spot, the new manager informed me that the towing company only comes once a month and it's in Brownwood. So,

Do not live here. When I moved in, both sets of blinds were broken and trashed. There was a leak under the kitchen sink that had been there for some time because the wood of the bottom of the cabinet under the sink was warped from the water that had been sitting there. There were disgusting stains all over the walls that looked like urine. The apartment was overall just gross. Over the next 10 months that I lived there, I asked management multiple times to replace the broken blinds. Every time I asked, I was told they had been ordered and were on their way. I would not recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy. They always pull extra charges out of nowhere you must pay with no reason behind it, the maintenance doesn't help in any way and let our AC unit sit broken for 4 months IN THE SUMMER letting us burn. The apartments are so out dated , they do not have ceiling fans , the price is way out of range for the size and type of apartment. Do not move here.

Do not move in here. My air conditioner has been broken since I moved in, and they refused to fix it, along with my dishwasher. They shut off the water to the whole apartment complex at random times, usually during the morning, at least once a week for "maintenance". If you use their online service to pay your rent, they'll double charge it and refuse to refund the extra charge. Parking is atrocious, and the place is filled with cockroaches to boot. There's broken furniture laying all over the place around the dumpsters, which themselves rarely get emptied, giving the area a nice trashy vibe.

Certain maintenance issues take approval from outside sources and I've been waiting MONTHS for repairs. Half the time, we just fix it ourselves. We've learned quite a bit of plumbing living here because the water is turned off to the whole complex about 2-3x per week for repairs. We have to fight for a fair rental rate each time and to get it in a timely matter. They'll act super professional to your face in the office and I appreciate that, but the actual experience living here has been disappointing. Turnover is high, like the rent compared to similar places.
