I like this apartment so spacious and I love the pool. Me and the kids loved it there. The staff is amazing, our manager had a zumba class and we were there even the college kids and my kids. Amazing time. I will miss Jimmy say WHATIN THE WALKING FIREPLACE IS GOING HERE. The maintenance is good too.

It is very close to ASU and the staff works with you if you approach them with your concerns. Not to mention the maintenance is a huge help as well when something needs fixing in the apartment. The pool is very nice, the gym is open 24/7 which is great for those who work different hours. Did I mention the rooms are fully furnished? That’s something you can’t beat!
Update: literally do not rent here. I moved out in July of 2021 & definitely left the rooms cleaner than when I arrived. I only received $60 back from my +$300 deposit. Find somewhere else.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Had many problems with property manager about wrongful move out charges. It’s been 4 months and I still have not heard from her, even when she has told me more than 10 times she would reach out. At this point she is just avoiding the situation. Awful management

Anyone renting here should be aware that they have no input as to who your potential housemates will be.
This was not a problem until I was billed for damages to the common areas of the unit in which I spent zero time as I was always at work and if in the unit, I was sleeping.
Save yourself a tremendous amount of grief and avoid this housing option.
Traveling nurses and military, you're far better off at a long term motel. Privacy is assured and although it may be more expensive there is no attempt at extorting ridiculous fees upon moving out.

I have lived here for the past 7 months and I can say for this being my first apartment, I couldn’t have chosen better. The team at the office is amazing and willing to help you with whatever problem you have. They have a great set up when it comes to payments, and they have a way for the people who live here to communicate with one another to set up plans or meet one another and even to help one another. Honestly say it’s well worth it.

Good: Good space, receive ur own personal bathroom, pool, workout gym, tanning beds, basketball court, sand volleyball, pet friendly (with deposit and monthly fee).
Not so good: there was mold on 2 of my air vents, tones of little holes in my walls, there was leaking under the sink (but only happened once and stopped), lots of scorpions, the mover mow in the early morning.

RR is an excellent choice because of its people. Management and staff are super helpful and their maintenance crew goes the extra mile to solve any issues you may have. Thank you!

Lived here for 7 months and it was a pleasure. The facilities and amenities were nice and the staff was always helpful and friendly. The location between Knickerbocker/Bryant and close to N Ave was extremely convenient for going anywhere in San Angelo. Highly recommend for students and military.

Terrible. Staff.. rude. They practically steal money from their renters. Most of whom are college kids and can't afford to be out that much money each month. They charged me over $100 extra on my rent and then absolutely refused to credit my bank account. The girl at the desk literally said "well that sucks" and did nothing to try and help me. When they did credit my river ranch account they only gave me part of the money. When I tried to look at the 'recent activity' tab to determine where the rest of my money was held up it makes absolutely 0 sense. Probably so they can claim you never paid that

As the parent of a student who rented an apartment here, I have to say this is probably one of the worst experiences. The management is terrible about getting back to anyone. My daughter was constantly having to leave messages with no call back. The maintenance is almost non existent or when they do fix something they don't fix it correctly.
If you renew your lease, you are given a choice of free items. One of those was never delivered to the residents, even after repeated inquiries. I feel like they take advantage of these kids as much as possible and I think that is terrible. As a parent, I

It is a good place to live for college kids. It is close to all of the important things such as class, Walmart, and eateries. The rooms are nice too because everyone gets their own room and bathroom so there is no having to share bathroom space. I plan on staying for my whole college experience
