I love this place! Incredibly affordable, have filled up three punch cards and referred many friends!
They listen pretty well to what you’d like, but of course, a couple of the masseuses are my absolute favorite and ask for them when I can!
They had to raised prices somewhat recently, but reading through the reviews, I understand why. (Cheapskates. I highly support the front desk staff tip shaming!)
Sure, it’s not the quietest, but you’re not paying the fees of a silent, individual room. You’re paying for a highly discounted massage. If I’m going to sacrifice anything, I’ll take

Ouch. I have never had a massage therapist use an elbow to the spine. While the technique for some of the massage was strong, the spine and neck application was torturous. I should have spoken up, or left, as the massage technique was not refined, and brutal. She did ask me if I wanted medium or hard, and I did get some good work from her. My wife said she had one of the best massages she had ever had. Has anyone ever had massages on any bone in their body they have enjoyed? 1. Bad order fulfillment: They don't do full 1 hour of foot massage. Instead force a body massage that you never asked for, for half our in the 1 hr I signed up for
2. The massage therapist, do not listen. I kept repeatedly telling her that I have had a surgery on the upper part of my body and I do not want a body massage . Despite the warnings and repeated request, the therapist kept doing deep tissue massage on the upper part. I should have walked out at that moment.
3. Not sensitive to customer's sensitivity to pressure

If you want a traditional Chinese foot massage I'd skip this place and go to Bay Point Spa in Bellevue. If you want a hybrid foot massage / table oil massage then you'll probably be pretty happy.
So, this place has interesting pricing with 2 competing basic massages - a traditional foot massage (with over the clothes body massage) and a hybrid "combo" massage that is half traditional foot massage and half unclothed oil massage for a higher cost.
It seems like they've watered down what's normally included in a traditional foot massage to make the pricier combo massage

Don't waste your time or money here. I left feeling extremely stressed from my massage. The lady at the front desk was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered, she bullied me into paying more and my cash tip wasn't good enough and made me tip her more. It was awful.
The man that gave me my "massage" hurt my spine, I don't think he has ever had any training!
FYI - I am in the spa industry myself and I give this place a BIG THUMBS DOWN!!

I called and booked an appointment for a $30 1 hour foot treatment. The massage was great, but I learned afterwards that only the first half was a foot treatment, the other half was on the rest of my body which I wasn't prepared for, and I was charged $35 before the tip. I honestly still recommend the place there were just some communication discrepancies. Great massage treatment! Thank you!

My husband and I came in and got the foot and back combination massages ($50) and it was delightful. They spend 30 minutes in your feel/legs in one room and then you move to a massage room and they work on your back for the next 30 minutes.
There are separate rooms for massages and foot massages but everything is open up top so there's a lot of noise that carries, but nothing too rambunctious. Staff were all friendly and polite. Everything seemed clean and organized. They also have a punch card for regular clients but I can't remember what the deal is once you fill it.

I went here because the price is amazing (half what the other guys are charging and the massage was PERFECT).
These ladies obviously work very hard and it shows in their business. They have strict health protocols in place and seem very committed to keeping their customers healthy.

-disposable face sheets on all massage tables
-temperature checks at the door

This place is really nice for what you pay. Our favorite was Jack(deeper tissue and medium pressure) and Tina for those who like it light. Tip is a bit of an issue if you tip less but the guys really work well on your body so they deserve that.

I'm giving this review two stars for a few reasons. The first reason is because the front desk host, who I believe is the owners wife, is a very very rude woman. Secondly on several occasions while I have been being worked on someone comes into the room and whispers what I am assuming is the instructions for another appointment. But it's in another language so who knows. Don't get attached to anyone massage person, because the staff constantly is changing. Visited last Friday after first calling to get appointment. I think front desk lady a little miffed we were early. Waited quietly for appt. time and apparently I got front desk lady. She told me she would do the last 30 min and another girl would do last 30 min. That would have been ok had she not left the room 7 times in the first 1/2 hour to answer phone and door and schedule appts. I think the first half hour for about 10 minutes. I left a tip but told her not good, too many interruptions, not very relaxing. She said I give you good massage. Ok whatever.

Absolutely wonderful. I spent a week traveling and walking nonstop, ending with 19 hours in an airplane seat. My feet hurt, my back hurt ... basically, every inch of me hurt. Since I'd driven past 88 spa many times, I decided to give them a try.

Hit and miss service when it comes to massages, but I believe when you get the right person it's worth your time. Ask for YoYo, (Pronounced YouYou) She gave me a very firm 30/30 foot/back massage. I loved the pressure she used.
I'm leaving off one star because it's taken me about 4 massages to get a great 5th one. If I could guarantee great massages every time I went with any therapist I was given, I'd bump them to 5 stars. Try to schedule ahead and avoid the front room on the left, it's very loud when they are busy. And the male owner can sometimes get a little too chatty

I've been here 13 times, and have brought 3 friends and a family member. I am a huge fan of this place. They keep my body from screaming at me (massage makes a big difference for my overall wellbeing, especially with headaches and muscle strains/knots).
I love:
- Price. It's unbeatable. That said, I always tip at least $15 for an hour, even if it's a foot massage and is only $30 for the service. They work hard and deserve it.
- Scheduling and availability: I can always get in when I want, and they answer the phone quickly, efficiently and respectfully.

2. If you request a person, you get that person. They don't play the usual "Yes, you can see Michelle" only to later find out she doesn't work today. Honesty works.
3. Not rushed in, or rushed out. I've timed things a few times, and never been short-changed.
4. The rooms are comfy. I've come here with my kids, my spouse, my in-laws, and others and all have been happy.

I tried this place at the recommendation of a friend. The front desk staff is hit or miss & sometimes not very friendly. You need to be VERY clear on what treatment you want & even reference pointing to the menu so there is no confusion. My favorite treatment is the "Foot Massage" for $30 + tip. You are fully clothed (shoeless) then start with a foot soak. They massage your shoulders, face & neck. Once you've soaked for about 15 minutes they rub your feet & legs with oil for another 15 minutes. Next they flip you over and massage your shoulders and neck for about

A friend and I tried this spot since we were looking for a foot massages and were so happy that we did. There was calm lilting music playing and the lotions they used had a pleasant smell and weren't overly strong.
Mr. Li massaged my feet and at times it hurt but an hour after feel so grateful he used the pressure he did it since it worked out so many knots. It was quite affordable allowing one to go back frequently. Looking forward to a return visit.

Came here because bay point spa closed on the day we went. This is 30 dollars for a foot reflexology which includes a body massage as well (head, arms, legs, back). The place is very clean inside, they use a rose scented ointment for massage instead of plain lotion which I really liked. The ladies were nice and they gave us water at the end as well. Not crowded with people like some places and they have many rooms so that it gives you more privacy between other people. I would definitely recommend this place for people who love reflexology/massages!

I've been introduced to the inexpensive Foot massage venues by a mutual friend and thus been a regular customer at various establishments throughout different cities here in Washington. I can clearly state, 88 is truly my favorite. Clean, simple, personalized, professional and above all the staff is very attentive to your needs. While all massage personnel are not created equal, thus far this is one of the best staffed. I've purchased a couple of gift certificates for Christmas as gifts for my daughter and hopefully she'll entertain using them very soon.

When the Mommy Meetup group decided to pick this place to indulge in some relatively inexpensive much needed self care I couldn't resist.
