I had a great experience, and a wonderful massage that left me without back pain the next day.

This was my first time getting a massage. I work with screens all day, and my neck has had problems for awhile. Yesterday my neck seized up and I needed to get someone to help with it quickly. I messaged Li's Spa late at night, and was surprised to get an answer immediately. They booked me in for early the morning. When I arrived they got me in to a room quickly. I told them I had never been to a spa before, and the receptionist was kind and told me what to do. The room was really nice, and it was dark, peaceful, warm and relaxing. I don't live in the area anymore, but this is my go-to spot. Been getting massages here for the past 3-4 years! Amazing massages for a very reasonable price!

Husband and I got our first massage ever at Li’s. We didn’t know what to expect, but everyone was so welcoming and sweet and made us very comfortable. We got the couples massage for 60 minutes, and they worked out pain we didn’t even realize we had! Definitely be back, and can’t recommend you all enough! Thank you, ladies! :)

60 minutes is not enough especially you have specific areas to be focused on. Appointments are not too hard to get but they do get busy from time to time.

Great location & kind staff! I explained what I needed up front (stiff shoulders & lots of pressure!) and Alice did a wonderful job. Definitely coming back for my next spa day.

I was nervous at first because I'm one of those people that is weird about strangers touching me but the staff ensured I was comfortable the whole time. I got a massage by Alice and she was absolutely amazing. She communicated with me before starting and attended all the right places. Front desk staff is super kind and sweet. Alice is amazing and I highly recommend going to her. Perfect amount of pressure too! Prices are amazing!!! 10/10!

I always get a massage from Emily, she is wonderful, friendly and gives an amazing massage. They are usually booked so try to get an appointment early and not at the last moment.

I have been looking for a massage place and found this one based on the reviews from others. It seemed that they did more steps to prevent the covid so made me feel safe. I was able to make an appointment through the Yelp message on the same day. It was convenient. When I arrived there, they showed me the room. The masseur was professional and did a very good job. I found out later that she was specialized to the therapeutic massage. They accepted some insurance too! Very satisfied and relaxed. Highly recommend anyone who needs some good message!

I was very skeptical about getting a massage during Covid but Li's Spa really makes sure you feel safe as well as how clean the establishment is. I've gone a few times since they've reopened and have had the pleasure of getting Cindy as my massage therapist. She is outstanding! Somehow she can pinpoint areas that need the most work. I will be going back and asking for Cindy each time I do. Huge thanks to the staff at Li's Spa for keeping a healthy and safe environment during these tough times too.

I've had two massages from Li's Spa with two different therapists and I honestly can't tell you which one was better. They were both two of the best massages I've ever had. I felt much better after leaving both times. One massage included very good back walking, the other included very good deep tissue massage.

These massage therapists were physically very small but they didn't let that stop them from going extremely deep and doing a very hard massage, which is something I've had trouble with in the past (therapists not being able to get deep enough). Li&apos

I went for a Brazilian wax with Runli Li.. The most painless waxing I have ever done.. definitely will visit again. Runli is sweet and knows the job well.
I reduced one star because she had not put my appointment in her schedule and I had to come back again after an hour.
People booking for an appointment here do call the spa instead of messaging via Yelp..

Service: They accommodate me when I call in to ask about same-day appointments and even during the same week. I do recommend booking in advance. The receptionist is super sweet and she will know me by my name. When they miss my calls, they always return it and ask when I would like to book it. This is the definition of great customer service - following up with your customer to make sure you are slotted in. I know this because not many places call you back (if they even).

I'm not generally one who goes for spa treatments, but I was enthralled with Foong's expertise at working out my shoulder/neck kinks. The experience was unforgettable!
