We called ahead and then arrived with a group of 4. They were able to accommodate all of us at the same time and right away, which was great. The 60 min massage mainly focused on my back, and to a lesser extent the back of the legs, face, and arms. They didn't leave much room for personalization, and all 4 of us were given identical massages (some asked how much pressure). It wasn't important to me, but might be to you. In my opinion it was really high quality work, and successfully released a ton of tension in my back with minimal discomfort - better than most massages I've had.

Quiet, comfortable, cozy. I was a walk-in and they were able to accommodate me right away. Just had an hour massage desperately needed some attention to my body as my work is a very physical role. She was magnificent. I would definetly recommend this place. They're super kind and everything feels great. Thank you so much.

Good customer service!
After some situation management contacted me very fast, even though I was already in NYC where I live, and they fixed everything.
Place in comfortable location. And you can get massages with your half at the same time!
Front desk stuff is very nice and sweet! They give us some water after massages.

This was easily the best massage I have ever received. I am always looking for a massage therapist that is able to use a LOT of pressure. After 11 years of looking, this is the place to go. I had a huge knot in my upper back for almost 2 weeks that made it difficult to lift my arm over my head and turn my neck. It melted away after my massage. She got in all the nooks and crannies. All the places I didn't even know were sore. I loved the combination of deep pressure, long massage strokes, and stretching. I will definitely be back again!

I was impressed with the back walking and overall massage. The decor leaves something to be desired, and the massage therapist didn't speak much English. She did check frequently if there was too much pressure. Overall a decent massage for a good price. Only thing that was a bit strange was that there was less draping than I expected.

I gets massages here frequently. 1-2 times per month. The service is actually very good and price is reasonable. I referred my friends here as well. Everyone I know had an awesome experience here. The Decor is simple and professional in central Redmond location. The music is soothing. The therapists are professional, they work very hard to deliver what they said they would deliver: full 60 min massage.
There is nothing suggests sketchiness. A couple of the comments on this boards are not accurate.

I went to get a massage because I had spent the day riding my horse and knew I'd be sore the next day. I felt so relaxed afterwards - even had a foot massage, which I've never had before. The change in owners must have made a lot of changes in the place because it smelled fine, was nice and clean, and the gal doing my massage certainly knew what she was doing!

Maybe one of the worst massages I've had in the area. My normal place didn't have my person available so decided to check this place out. Cheap oil, way too much of it, and really poor therapist. No good knowledge of the body, muscles and ended up hitting bone way too may times. Really disappointed. With so many great massage places, save your money and skip this one.

Ok, so it looks scary from the outside. And it smells like sewer gas when you walk in... But, the hours (open to 10pm, 7 days a week) can't be beat, the ladies are so nice, it's clean, and they are good.
Some of the semi-naked pics on the wall make you think this is a sketchy place. It's not that either! But there is a rose on the bed. And a anti-prostitution poster by the register... Maybe I'm kidding myself and there is a secret code. I don't know.
Don't expect all the frills of a massage place--- the music is decent, but low. My room (closest to the front)
