The tenant portal allows current tenants of All County to pay rent, view balances and sign documents. The following are booklets and/or forms for residents who reside in the properties managed by All County. I live in PA, and All County Piedmont manages my rental home in NC. I cannot say enough good things about them! They have made the process of renting my home literally effortless on my end! They take care of renting it out, collecting rent, and all repairs, and their rates are very reasonable! I will be using them for years to come!

My property was lying stranded in Charlotte, and the my friend suggested me to provide it on rental. I hired services of All County Piedmont Management Company and in no time they were ready with a list of tenants willing to pay the rentals on demand. everything ranging from rent agreement to rent collection got so easier, only because of All County Piedmont. I am currently with them. I read other reviews and was like "Wow". I am about to go into my second lease with them. I haven't had any issues with my condo that I rented. I had to go out of town . My son was having emergency surgery and they was there for me. They worked with me getting back on track. I'm impressed. Donald is a good guy. It boils down to this. Treat people and property like you want them to treat you and yours and evrything should work out fine. Repect and COMMUNICATION is the key. I know it has been for me.

DO NOT USE THEM! An absolute disaster of a property management group. Donald P is completely incompetent. He approved an unfit tenant that was a nightmare. She did not pay rent for months, trashed the house, and was eventually evicted. He tried to downplay the condition of the house after she finally moved out but the place was practically unlivable. The expense of repairs needed is unimaginable. I have absolutely no clue what kind of background check was done or how she was even approved to move in the first place. I see all he wanted to do was collect a fee and get paid. He is entirely too passive
