You bought yourself a new home. And perhaps one of the reasons you bought new was you did not want to deal with any repair headaches, or costs. But now the one year builders warranty is about to expire, that was you're life raft. You would be surprised at some of the issues we find in new houses. Why risk having to pay for repairs in the future, which could have been discovered with a thorough inspection?
Let your builder pay to fix any found deficiencies. You certainly don't want to pay for any of these unknown existing deficiencies when you sell your house. You found your new home, you're offer has been accepted, now it's time for the inspection. At first look the home may appear to be in great condition.

Services
Warranty is valid 90 days from the date of inspection or 22 days after closing, whichever comes later. Covers repairs to items the home inspector found to be in good working condition. O deductible, this plan will pay your deductible for any other warranty that you may have, most deductibles are at least $90.
I was very pleased with the House Inspection that 1st Insight did for our property in Scottsdale. I had no idea what to expect but the inspector was so thorough and professional that I knew we got the right Company to do the Inspection. All my questions in layman terms so I understood what he was talking about.
The inspection report is after all the only tangible record you are left with for your $290 to $900 home inspection cost as well. There is a huge difference between one report and another, and it all starts with the inspection software. The more detailed the report, the more detailed the inspection.
Finding a Good Arizona Licensed HVAC Contractor Sometimes after the inspection, 1st Insight will recommend using a licensed HVAC contractor. Many states that license an HVAC contractor require the applicant to have a minimum amount of experience, around two to five. Advantages of a Using a Arizona Licensed Electrician Why would anyone use a Arizona licensed electrician when they are almost always more expensive than an unlicensed individual?

Chuck was very quick to respond and schedule our inspection. During the inspection review he referenced photos, walked to areas of the home to show, or even demo'ed some of the findings. We had a clear understanding of the work that needed to be done. Chuck indicated which of the findings impacted safety and quality of living so we could prioritize which work to get quotes for to include in our negotiation package. The report is incredibly thorough with plenty of photos and detailed observations. Thank you for all your hard work!

Chuck was great. Everything I needed to know and some things I didn't know he was there to answer the questions for me. He's extremely knowledgeable of his craft. I'll recommend him to friends and family buying homes in the area.

Chuck was courteous, professional and provided detailed information about the process. Not knowing much about the concept of home inspections, he provided comfort and explained the process and was very willing to answer all of my questions and concerns.

Chuck was very detailed and knowledgeable when going through our inspection with us. He took the time to ensure he could inspect as much of the property as he was able to despite some obstacles. If we were ever to buy a house again we would definitely go with 1st Insight Inspections for our inspections.
