Crestwood Apartment Homes in Lake Forest offers two and three bedroom apartment homes for rent. Proof of Renters Insurance Crestwood Apartment Homes must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. Policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage. You are not required to use any particular company and may purchase insurance from any company you wish.

I have spent the last couple years really living my home! But as we all know the past 1.5 years have been very unsettling and scary at best, but I feel I need to say that everyone here at Crestwood has gone wayyyyy above and beyond to ensure our health and safety, thanks so much y'all! And of course, if you are looking for a happy place for you and your family.... Believe me, you need to look no further, THIS is it! Thanks Crestwood!

I have been living at Crestwood for the past 3 months and it has been the best community I’ve lived in! Lori the property manager is the best part about this place! She makes you feel so welcome and is very helpful with getting you answers to anything you need! She’s been awesome since the first time meeting her and I have loved living here because of how great this property is maintained!

I have lived at Crestwood for over 10 years and have not wanted to leave! Me and my family love the Property Manager Lori and the Maintenance Staff, its like an extended family. The grounds are immaculate, and the place is quiet, and safe. The apartments are large, the pet rent is so much lower than other places and anytime we have needed maintenance they have been fast and fixed the problem. If you’re looking for a safe neighborhood, a clean and quiet place to live then I recommend contacting the staff at Crestwood Apartments and visiting soon.

Terrible place. Manger is a unprofessional ladie. Calls the cops when kids are playing not child friendly at all. Just awful! To expensive. If you live here I feel really bad for you! And if your considering moving here don't do it! Manager will make your life a complete hell!
