I moved in about 2 years ago and have loved it. I got a great location so Idk if that skews my judgement against all of these other negative comments. I recently got a rent increase and was contemplating moving out until i looked around and saw that i am basically paying what everyone else is charging but i think this place is nicer. The only thing i do not like is it does not have washer/dryer in the apartment. If you want that then this place is not for you. The office staff have always been helpful and answered my questions.

I lived here for one year. Overall it's a pretty good value for the price. We had a 2 bed 2 bath for $2035. The pros:
-Nice shaded trees
-Street parking exists for guests
-Paint and flooring were updated to the contemporary greige colors, and the carpet was good quality. Bedrooms were a good size.
-Our unit was perfectly clean upon move in
-Office staff are responsive via email or phone
-No pest issues!
-heating and AC worked quickly.
-They gave a 5% off rent and waived credit card fees for like 4 months during Coronavirus, and worked with residents one on one if they experienced hardship

The negative reviews on here are so funny. I have lived here 5 years without problems. The staff is great and will come fix a leaky faucet to clogged drain right away and even offer complimentary free cleaning like new paint or carpet cleans if you want it. The area is great and quite with a lot of nature. I feel safe walking around here with my baby and there are kids playing unsupervised which indicates a safe place for families to me.

Bad place to live. They allow overcrowding and bad people to live there. High crime rate in the complex. Lease increases were outrages compared to market. After 5 years I moved and they kept my deposit and wanted $600 more for bogus repairs! Avoid this place!!! My place was spotless I took pictures. Now I have to file suit for credit damage and my security deposit. Unbelievably horrible managers GREEDY

After over two years living here I can't wait to leave. Management don't care about their residents, and they don't clean the commun areas. For example, our car registered in the property was towed to Laguna Beach (increasing the cost up to $400) at 2am from an parking spot with no red line. Only because an old and almost removed paint not really visible at night. When I told them that before to remove the car they should have call me and they should have paint a red line, just like in the other not allowed parking spots in the property, they did not listen. I have lived 2 years and there are things that could be done better. There is not much parking available because people do not use garages for cars, but to pile things up. If they did the inspections as they did before everything would be better. There are also large dogs that are not allowed and nobody does anything. The entry for the Christmas days has never been decorated with lights and the entrance is very dark. I am a woman and sometimes when I come back from work I feel fear at the entrance because there is not enough light. The pool and gym are fine and Mr. Jorge's maintenance is respectful

Negative 5 stars. Had a pipe burst in back bedroom while daughter was in the hospital. Once home found the room and closet had flooded. Mgmt had me (disabled woman) move everything out of the closet and bedroom. They brought in jack hammers etc and said we could stay in other bedroom during all of this. Daughter being just home from the hospital had to be put in my car. The noise killed her. I was up already for 30hrs. Told me they were going to evict me because of the pipe being broke and room flooded. Pipe was under concrete. Had to stay in hotel at my expense, pay for damage etc. Lost personal

We unloaded our grocery late one night and while we were putting things away our car was towed in a matter of 15 minutes.
