They will take your security deposit regardless of how clean the apartment is even after personally hiring cleaning service to perform the job. They took my security deposit on the most unnoticeable scratch of the kitchen counter. This was about 4 years ago and I still clench my fist over it. Manager was Christian

Apartments are really nice and the staff has always been helpful with any questions from the start of the move in process to being current tenants. These apartments are nice and the fact that the staff is good really makes it a great experience. Definitely recommend talking to Emma if you're considering living here. She has been extremely helpful.

Bill is the manager of this property and for good reason. He or a staff member gets things fixed in a very timely manner. He ensures satisfaction with an email or phone call follow up. I feel he truly cares about his residents. Very friendly and accommodating maintenance staff as well! Also, they just did a paint job update on the exterior and it looks amazing.

Depending on if Laura Garcia (Asst. Manager) is in a good or bad mood, she'll throw you under the bus if she's having a bad day. And yes, I've tried to contact her when something needed to be addressed, she won't deal with any issues if she's overwhelmed & won't want to bother with seeking the truth. The Sheriff's will even say that as well; they also said that Management should be the one to deal with these types of situations. I even tried to contact other managers (K. Rodriguez, & W. Wedgewood) who simply won't respond to me. Laura is quick to throw blame on you without looking into the issue
