As a property owner, I would not recommend Rent It Network. I gave them two stars instead of one because most of the office staff I interacted with were professional. Their company could potentially help people until complications arise, as was the case in my situation. I used their services for only a few months. However, there are unaccounted for monthly fees, and the lack of communication after about the first week or two has really shown that they don't respect tenants after they're under contract. Additionally, I live in an HOA townhome community and they have been ZERO help communicating with the HOA. It's been a few months and I still don't have a gate code or a working amenity key. My girlfriend and I had our application denied because my residence from 3 years ago has changed hands and did not have the prior records of their residents. I've been working with Rent It Network for about a year and a half renting out my Tampa condo. I don't live nearby, so I rely on them to handle everything - which they do efficiently! They are very detail oriented with me, my condo, and my tenants. This company managed the house I used to rent. A month earlier before my contract expired, I called and communicated that I was leaving earlier because bought my first home. They were very dismissive and rude at the time, but I tried to keep my mind open. I was polite and tried to work with them to minimize their losses. I forfeit my deposit. I am very pleased with the service I have received from Rent It Network. We live in Chicago but purchased a home in Tampa as a rental property and future retirement home. Poor appointment handling of listings automatic service books appointments and emails and text messages are sent to confirm. I have a huge task of locating rentals for employees that are relocated to Tampa Bay through the hospital I work for many are doctors and look for large homes, unfortunately I was paired with Mark Seybold, on a listing 2x, and I called ahead to be sure it was available.
