The apartment is small with a minimal storage space. I didn't expect anything different so I wasn't surprised. The bed was rock hard and the cover was a throw placed between two linen sheets. The window drapes had large dark stains on them. Cookware was a bad quality as everything was sticking to it. The AC unit was so loud that it was hard to sleep with it on and sitting on the balcony with AC running was impossible. Also, it was leaking creating puddles of watter on the floor. Something should be placed underneath it in my opinion to prevent someone slipping and falling.

I read the review on roaches but I didn't see any while I was there. The only negative observations I had was that the elevators were older, and the mail lobby was a little run down. I also would wish the COVID protocols were followed rather than just posted with no enforcement. Overall the value of this location is excellent. The security was top-notch and the desk staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was large, the hot tub was very clean, and the gym was adequate. The store onsite had a decent variety of items and the laundry facility was all working and accessible. They had many grills
