When I switched the air conditioning over to heat the thermostat was not responding. I sent in a Maintence request with a medium priority and left the apartment for my morning workout. Before I got to the gym I got a text saying they fixed the thermostat and the heat was on. Upon coming back to my apartment I found the note left from maintenance of what they did. They were quick and efficient and left my apartment clean. I couldn't even tell they had been there except they for the note they left. Very pleased with the service and the super friendly people here at One Light. It's a great

I have lived in One Light for about two years now and I absolutely love it! I am in a wheelchair and the staff has helped with all my accommodations. If anything is ever broken in my apartment (which it rarely is), One Light fixes the issue within 1 to 2 days. The fourth floor patio is one of my favorite features! And you can't beat the location. Highly recommend taking a tour to see if it's the right fit for you. Attached is a picture from my balcony after the Chiefs won the Super Bowl!

I love everything about One Light. The Concierge, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Leasing Staff are all Top Notch. They all definitely make One Light feel like home.
We have a staff that creates Virtual Resident Events so we can still have a chance to connect even if it's remotely.
I can not say enough good things about One Light.

Really nice apartment building. I've just got 2 complaints:. 1) I don't know why, but every single outlet in the place is outrageously difficult to plug something into. 2 prongs or 3, doesn't seem to matter, they're ALL stubborn as a Missouri Mule as Truman would say and 2) their lease agreement terms seem to be written in a way to take advantage of mentally challenged individuals like myself. I'm not dumb in the least (I'm a retired dentist) and even I had a hard time grasping some of the language they used. But after those 2 points I lovvved living here and I only regret not getting out and about

RENTERS BEWARE! This place is a total scam. They are sneaky and will try to rob you blind of your hard earned money right when you walk in door to rent an apartment. My wife and I were interested in moving to the city due to my job and decided to tour one light apartment. We saw the videos online and were very impressed by their apartment complex and facilities so we decided to check it out. After touring, we decided to put in an application. When putting in the application, we were told we had to put $700 down as part of the application process. 300 of the 700 was for a resort fee and 300 was

Never have I felt more quickly right at home than with my move to One Light earlier this week. Tis the season. Some get to truly experience elevated living status, and some visit. My training client shares the experince when they can. This review is for the amenities/facilities/staff.
The workout room here is spot on for an apartment building. It has exactly what you need and enough to get creative with. I bring a few attachments and we're golden. No gym membership required.
The pool area has serious bragging rights. Smack-dab in the center of downtown it is large, boasts a bar, and those views.
Everyone who works here, that I have encountered, treats us plebians well. Very friendly indeed

This was a fun place to live for two years! I lived on the 24th floor facing southwest, and the views were unparalleled (for Kansas City). The units are stylish and comfortable. I preferred the Crossroads, Westport, and Plaza restaurant/bar scene, but Power and Light was OK (close to Sprint Center and Alamo theater). The front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests were completed very quickly.
Other than how expensive it was, the only other major con was the noise. You can hear every word of KC Live Concerts in every room of your unit as if you were outside at the

I have been following the development of One Light since it's inception. I recently did the Downtown Dazzle home tour, and got to see what they are doing for Two Light, and am super excited!
My husband and I toured a 1 bedroom in One Light. While it was a little on the small side for our tastes, we appreciated the view of the city, and the nice kitchen.
The best part of this complex are the amenities. The common spaces are beautifully decorated, and there is a rooftop pool, dog park area, and residents also get exclusive membership to One Life, the gym located in Cosentino's.

My husband and I moved into One Light in March with our high energy puppy. The rooftop park in what sold us on the apartment. She can run around and play with other dogs from the apartment. We love our apartment. It has GREAT views and a wonderful patio.
