Went for a tour and... These apartments are way, way less than ideal. The one we toured smelled awful. We were given some line about the carpets being recently cleaned and the leasing agent forgetting to turn the A/C on to air things out, but it smelled like animal urine to me. The property had trash everywhere. Drawers were broken, water damage under the kitchen sink, etc.
