I can’t say enough about the management team. They are so nice, helpful, and fun! I never realized how important good management was till I lived here. I love the amenities and the events they throw here. They actually put thought into each event. All the events so far have been full of fellow residents so it’s a great way to meet new friends. Love it here and you will too!!
But we have to get the guest parking situation figured out. We don’t have a plan, and it’s hard to let guests get upstairs. Love you all but I’m just speaking truth ❤️ There’s no other option but going down

In the recent wind storm I be became aware of the cheap build they took for this building. They advocate the view but these cheap single pane glass windows are a safety hazard as well as an aesthetic eyesore. They never clean the windows like competitors one or two light, nor will they fix the window electronics that “prevent or help the windows from fogging/frosting.” Nice office staff but they’re liars too. Used to love it here but can’t wait to ditch this hole

Don’t believe the tour cause we don’t get the amenities they promise. Years after we still have no movie theater or tv in the main room. Hallways look like a bust cause they said they’d be repainted a year ago and haven’t. Windows are filthy cause they’re too cheap to pay for cleaning. Windows frost over cause they’re single and cheap. Can’t wait to move out.

FINAL UPDATE: After 2 years of living at The Grand, we relocated out west. My move out experience was simple, no excessive charges or nitpicking although I do take pride in how I vacate. Our experience at The Grand really set the bar high & I miss this place & their staff already!
UPDATE: I have officially moved into my new apartment & I absolutely LOVE living here! The building is beautifully kept, staff continues to be extremely friendly & helpful. Parking is never an issue. I have nothing but good things to say about living at The Grand. Everyone was always helpful and efficient. The apartments are very spacious with large windows and great views. Also the amenities are fabulous and I cannot say enough about the convenience of the roof top dog park. I'm glad I got to live "The Grand" life

I lived at The Grand for the last fifteen months and had nothing but great experiences. Before finding The Grand I was extremely stressed moving from a house in the burbs to an apartment downtown while trying to find something extremely dog friendly… but luckily stumbled on this place. Right away the staff was very easy to work with and helped ease my worries while clearly answering any questions I had. I moved into the Grand apartments in September and it has been nothing short of an amazing living experience. The staff is exceptional and is always available and helpful. They make you feel at home and apart of the community with the weekly/monthly events. I particular enjoyed having a wrapping paper station available to me during the holidays and fun pool parties!! I definitely recommend living at The Grand when choosing to live downtown.

Amazing place to live! I moved to KC from Florida about six months ago and can proudly say this is my home away from home. The views are unbeatable. Located in the heart of downtown, you are block away from the Sprint Center and Power and Light. The staff are all outstanding and go above and beyond to make sure your living experience is grand. I couldn't ask for a better place to live and meet new people after moving halfway across the country.

We have lived at the Grand for 10 months now and the experience has been phenomenal. The staff from the leasing agents, especially Jordan, to the maintenance crew are best in the city. If you don’t believe us, check out the awards on display in the lobby. The amenities are top-notch. We toured many buildings in downtown and this building provides the best amenities. The most pet-friendly building you can find anywhere in KC. If pets are not your thing, we’re sure the views from the highest rooftop pool in KC won’t disappoint you. But the best part of this building is the community. The Grand

I have lived at the Grand for a little over six months now and have LOVED every minute. First, the management of the building is top notch and made moving in so easy. They are also so helpful when you have questions or issues and accommodating. Second, the location! I love being just two blocks away from power and light especially during the summer for hot country nights. Also there are so many cool and local places within walking distance especially the river market on Saturdays. Third, the amenities are spectacular and the units are really beautiful. Last, security was one of my top priorities

Moving to The Grand KC was seriously one of the best decisions we've ever made. From the first email we sent to them, Alicia and the team have been extremely quick to respond and very transparent. They made the moving in process as smooth as the bottle of Rieger they gave us as a welcome gift. Once we got moved in we really got to experience the team at work. They are constantly adding "Grand Perks" which connect us to the community and local businesses. They also have been doing raffles to keep the community engaged (even more so now because I'm writing this in a pandemic
