DO NOT MOVE HERE new management only worried about the $$$ and will try to get you evicted with 0% evidence just if a neighbor dosent like you. I have had my car towed, tickets written, verbally harassed because their parking lot is built for smart cars and any SUV in unable to park within the lines, cops called over playing Mario cart?? They leave feces in the halls and I saw them clean the floors ONE TIME in the year I’ve lived there. Not dog friendly what so ever the worst place I have ever lived AND the elevator is broke down every other week, they have a trash chute but expect you to take

Pros: The Apartments are Nice. The Price is Great. The Location is Amazing. The apartments are quite nice as well.
Cons:
Dirty, oh so Dirty. Many residents leave their trash wherever they feel like it. There is graffiti in many different areas of the building(still not resolved after many months). There are water leaks in the main areas of the building. The building smells like trash and cheap weed. The garage doors, the pool, and the elevator are all constantly breaking. Residents constantly leave doors open allowing the homeless to get in and sleep inside on the stairs, some have been caught

Dog urine in the elevators, main elevator is always broke, to say the least within the last month that elevator has been broken 2-3 times a week. It’s out of control now. Bikes get stolen management doesn’t care they have cameras but don’t do anything about it. Area is great, Nate the maintenance guy is amazing! I will give it up for him. I wish other people who live here had respect for others and clean up after themselves. Smells like weed all over the hallways! Homeless people sleep in hallways. I’m not sure why all this people with five stars give it a great review I suppose they like

Toured a couple of times, love it and hoping a one bedroom is available this summer! Talked with Parker on the phone who helped me set an appointment and walked around with him once and Marysol another time. The lofts are really cool and unique, which I really like compared to some of the other places I've visited. The price has gone up a little between my visits but I get it with KC growing and the neighborhood being so popular. Can't wait to check back in closer to summertime!

I had lived here last year from Jan 2018 to Jan 2019 before I moved to TX. This had been my favorite apartment I had lived in by far. The office staff are pleasant and easy to talk to and always willing to help. The only issue I ever had was with the brick wall/ceiling sort of crumbling dust on the floor and anything I had against that wall, but that's very minor. The location is perfect. There's a giant dog park across the street and there's the farmers market just down the street and you have the tram that goes to the Power and Light District. Sometimes residents would leave trash in the hallways

I’ve been here a few months now and I absolutely love it. It’s super close to downtown yet perfectly secluded from the center of everything. The office staff are super friendly and helpful. For the first time in a long time I feel connected with my community.
My one complaint are neighbors that do not clean up after their pets. The management and support staff do a good job of cleaning up, but they are not there 24/7 and it should not be their responsibility anyway.
Other than that Cold Storage Lofts are amazing and I would easily recommend to others.

I came here after looking at several apts, I needed a apt asap, everywhere else was a wait for a month or more. Nicole was sweet, funny and knowledgeable, She showed me an apartment that day and I signed the lease the very next day! I loved living here, Maintenance has always been fast and kind, I love the views and easy access to downtown. The entire office is super friendly and helpful! Ben has helped me answer questions, and his overall friendly demeanor is great. Truly loved living here Because of the staff and how wonderful they are! ( is it odd that is my #1 reason to live here ) I THINK

After a long an tiring apartment search, I found Cold Storage Lofts on an apartment search site. I was immediately impressed by the brand new landscaping in front of the building as well as the very friendly staff. Having a secured entry, I feel very safe living here and the parking lot has good lighting so I needn't worry about arriving home late from work. I thought it was too good to be true when I discovered there are in unit washer and dryers and great amenities to the building such as a roof top salt water pool and a free gym!
