What a great experience. As embarrassing as making mistakes in life can be dealing with Natasha from expunge America made it really easy and confident. They took care of my issue and when I wasn't ready to pay what needed to be paid for they kept in touch on a weekly and monthly basis until I was able to make the full payment for what was needed for me. We hired this company in 2019 and have not heard anything back on our cases and it is now 2022. We have emailed the company numerous times asking for an update or refund since we paid 1500.00 and the only response we get is the court is back logged. It has been 9 months since our last update and it is infuriating. Please save your money this company will not honor their money back guarantee if they can not expunge your case.
If this issue is not resolved we will be filing a complaint with the state bar, bbb and will retain a lawyer to get our money back..

However, I wish this business well so that they don't have to keep money that doesn't belong to them. No earned money.
No need to respond; you have already reached out to me in the past only to deceive me one more time and make me believe you were going to give me my money back. I would have donated that money to you if you had done an honest job.
