We are renting a house from Them. I have only had good experiences with them so far. They’ve always worked around our time to get things repaired or serviced. Everyone has been polite and had great attitudes when we interacted. Also any questions I have ever asked they have answered and would check back in with me. They even have their own maintenance and grounds team which I find really cool. We are extremely pleased with them!

David Nase Property Management has been managing our multiple properties (over 200 doors) for over 2 years. In that time they have superbly handled multiple problems with tenants in addition to all the daily bookkeeping, notices and maintenance needed. They have done a wonderful job for us going above and beyond what we were expecting from property managers when we first began with them. They have walked us through the cumbersome Landlord Compensation Fund even going as far as going door to door to tenants getting them to sign their part. DNPM is a great property management company. They have managed our family's property for 15 years and have always been professional, proactive, and courteous. Their rental accounting reports are detailed, easy to understand, and accurate. Their maintenance department is responsive and reasonable, and our vacancy rate is low. They stay current on new regulations and legislative issues and keep us informed. It saddens me to see that some renters have posted negative reviews. I question their experience and motives, as our renters are highly satisfied.

David Nase Property Management is good at one thing: taking rent payments. They have a convenient online payment portal so you can give them money from wherever you are. In all other respects, David Nase does not actually manage their properties. If you have a problem other than how to give them money, you are on your own. Do not rent a property from them unless you do NOT plan on living in the property. And then either way, lawyer up and know your rights. Read up on Oregon tenant landlord laws.

I am an owner of a 50 unit complex and David Nase Property Management has managed this for my wife and I for the past 4 years. I was told they would not set up a payment arrangement and I had to go to court. Well I did and the paperwork they sent over with their representative had the wrong rent amount listed so it appeared like I owed more money then I did. He then told me there was nothing he can do and instead of working within my means on the payment plan forced me to pay rent twice a month for 3 months! Didn’t care I have childcare and other bills to pay. Not to mention food and other essentials.
