Details, Darling is a San Diego + Los Angeles based boutique style full service wedding planning and design company founded by sisters, Aubrey + Kenzie. We have grown our team and now plan alongside our lovely leads - Alessandra + Monica. We originally weren't going to hire a planner, but are SO glad that we did because our wedding was absolutely flawless. Details, Darling did an amazing job of reading us as a couple and understanding our vibe. The fact that I did not feel an OUNCE of stress on my wedding day is a huge testament to how much trust we built.

Working with Kenzie was the BEST decision we could have made for our wedding day. Finding Details Darling off of Instagram and through a mutual friend, we found their aesthetic to be just what we wanted for our day. Every detail was unique to us and told our story so effortlessly. It was fun; it was bright; and Kenzie captured exactly who we were as a couple. Even with the partial planning package, Kenzie helped us pick our vendors without a problem and was available for any of our crazy questions throughout our entire 1.5 year engagement.

We worked with Kenzie for our 2020 elopement and our 2021 wedding. It was the best decision we made. I fully attribute TWO perfect days to her. Alessandra is an angel! Not only is she the cutest and sweetest person ever, she just has this calming energy making you feel like everything is going to be all right. She was so amazing to work with, anytime I had a question I would text or email her and before I could set my phone down I had an answer....HOW?! Alessandra on the Details Darling team is the BEST. Our wedding was perfect all thanks to her and her assistant. A year leading up to our wedding Alessandra was my right hand woman, answering all my crazy texts and questions, but also giving the best advice when it came to planning our special day. I cannot say enough good things about her. Our wedding was huge, I'm talking 230 guests and she crushed it without even skipping a beat. Wow, wow, wow! I don't know if I even have the appropriate words to explain how amazing EVERYONE at Details, darling is. Me and Garrett got married in July and we had truly the best day of our lives, due in large part to Monica's flawless planning, organization, and all around angelic presence. Not only were we able to enjoy the entire day stress free, but Monica went above and beyond to make our day special for everyone involved.

I recently worked with Monica from Details Darling to help me plan my wedding. Monica was amazing! She helped me plan every aspect from organizing all my vendors to addressing my invitations (she is amazing at calligraphy!). I have to say that Details Darling was the best vendor I used for my wedding. I did not have a vision of what I wanted for my wedding. Monica got to know me and what I liked. I worked with Aubrey as my partial planner for my wedding in Palm Springs and her and her team were amazing. I think it's a testament to how good they are that several of the other vendors we had that day (photographer, DJ, etc.) all said that Details, Darling was one of their favorite planners to work with because they truly know what they're doing!
I do a lot of design work on the side and knew I wanted to be very involved in the design process for the wedding - Aubrey made sure to work closely with me in all of these aspects and made sure the whole vision was cohesive and well-executed

We have worked with Mackenzie and Monica twice (both at colony 29 in palm springs) in the past month. I've worked with many planners over the years and I can say that she was very easy to get along with . Aubrey was my wedding planner for our wedding this past July. I used her full coordination service and I would not have had the wedding we did with out her. She took all my random thoughts and style ideas and made them make sense. I started working with Aubrey after I found my venue and I honestly wish I found her sooner. Alessandra was absolutely amazing. I seriously would have lost my mind if I didn't have her helping me. She reached out right after I booked them and kept in contact with me throughout the wedding process. I hired Details, Darling for day of/ month of service and it was totally worth it. Any time I needed recommendations for vendors or throwing out weird ideas for the wedding, she was quick to respond and gave me many options for vendors.
