As I sign my renewal lease, I thought I'd leave a review:
The good:
1) Delmi the on-site manager is awesome. She's responsive, fair and friendly.
2) The unit I'm renting is two floors with nobody above or below me which is heaven.
3) It has a gas-powered fireplace, efficient heater/a.c. and a separate shower and bathtub in the main bathroom.
4) The extra half bath downstairs is also convenient.
5) It's literally across the street from a large supermarket and less than 5 minutes from the freeway. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Target are a 5-minute drive away.
6) An Amazon locker on site!

I cannot say enough good things about Lynne, who manages the property. When we first started looking for our new home, I called and Lynne was very polite and patient in answering all my questions. Upon arriving to look at available units, she was as thorough as I could have ever hoped. We came at a rare time when there were several units to see, and she happily showed us each of them, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each, and really helping us to find what suited our needs to a tee. A beautiful, quiet and lovely place to live. Management is awesome!!! We honestly couldn't ask for a better management team. Lynne & Mark are great people who truly care about this property and the people that live here. They are always accommodating, prompt, and extremely cordial. I am worry-free knowing they are always there when I need them. The grounds are kept remarkably clean and the landscaping is absolutely lovely. We love it here!!!
