Maintenance came within minutes after calling for no hot water - Peter and Paul were respectful and a pleasure as they kindly and safely fixed the issue. Thank you!

Josh Martin just posted about this 2 months ago and I wish I knew how to contact him because my roommates and I just received emails saying we owe just shy of $600 from when we lived there THREE YEARS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!! They said the same thing - stating they sent mail to ONE of us (there were three of us living together) and that was the only correspondence they sent until now (which she DID NOT receive). I like to think I'm a reasonable individual who is patient and understanding with any company and its employees as we are all human and make mistakes even in a professional capacity. Vineyard Terrace, its employees, and its home offices in Calabasas, however, will not treat you with the same respect while their mistakes and miscommunications pile up for an overall very frustrating experience because they will always point the finger at you, or elsewhere, over admitting their own mistakes.

Fast responses to maintenance requests and great location in Napa proper!

Love the dog parks and the staff is friendly and helpful. Anytime I’ve put in a request for maintenance it was followed with a fast response.
The pool/BBQ public area is great for weekend gatherings.
The area is quiet and the parking is generally pretty good.

Love the cute cottage atmosphere. Management is always responsive in repairing things as needed. Pool and barbecue are maintained in a a clean manner. Greatly enjoy this community!

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Lived here for almost 6 months. It took the maintenance people a month to fix something that was wrong in the apartment, the two ladies up at the office are rude and tend to give attitude, and when you move out they want to charge you for EVERYTHING! This place is a joke, I don’t recommend these apartments to anyone!!!
