It was my pleasure to call the Olive Tree Apartments my home. The pride that is taken by the owner and manager in their property is evident as soon as you arrive. The grounds are meticulously kept. The Olive Tree Apartments are clean and quiet. There is a sense of peace and serenity and it is the perfect place to call home, at the end of a work day. This is definitely a place with a heart. I highly recommend.

When I was looking for a place. I landed a great place. How fortunate. I love this place. The grounds are kept in phenomenal condition. The apartment is nice and very comfortable. I looked at a few in the complex before I chose one. It was a tough decision, they are all well kept and clean. Some near the pool and even if one isn't its a few steps away. No big deal. The laundry room is only a few steps away, as well and very tidy with nice washers and dryers. The people who live here, who I have run in to are very nice and considerate. There is a pool. I love to swim, I like to have people

Quiet. Immaculately clean. A well maintained set of units. Great location. Clean pool. Management is very responsive and truly cares about the providing superb service ensuring that not the outside and insides of the property are in tiptop shape.
Although the building may be older than others, it's very well cared for. Rent is cheaper than other more luxe buildings in town, yet you can walk to whole foods, trader joe's, target, Starbucks, the gym, local dining spots and other coffee shops. It's also 5 minutes away from the Evans Shuttle service that takes you to SFO or OAK airports

I have lived in rentals most of my life with the Olive Tree Apartments being one of the best. I lived there for the past 3 years. I recently move out to move into a house. My 1 bedroom apartment was perfect. It had air conditioning and ceiling fans which I loved. The Manager was wonderful. Yes, she has lots of rules, none of which were unreasonable, and that is what makes the complex above standard, The landscaping is beautiful and maintained regularly. The pool is a wonderful bonus. Whenever i had an issue, the Manager always responded immediately and with urgency. I have recommended

Olive tree apartment was my first apartment after I moved out of my parents house. It means a lot to me.
I lived there for almost 2 years. Love the floor plans for both 2bed rooms and the 1bed room. ( Because I lived in both of them!)
I think the manger did and doing a GREAT JOB in order to keep this apartment nice, clean, safe and feels like home. We received different kind of small gifts on special holidays. ( Very thoughtful!)
If I'm moving back to Napa again one day, Olive tree apartment will still be my One and Only choice!

MaNAGER. from HELL!!! I've never in my life EVER been stalked, harassed and discriminated against in my own apartment-- the manager deceives you upon interview telling you she lives "close by in the neighborhood" when in fact she lives in the building! Literally watching your every move!!
There are soo many rules in this lease to cover all bases they think they are fool proof! Even our bankers after viewing this large lease for only month to month are floored! They flat out admitted to not liking us saying that "it wasn't a good fit"- ILLEGAL!! We had a verbal warning

I find it interesting that both reviewers for this apartment complex never actually LIVED in the building...
I, on the other hand, was there for close to a year, and I have to say that it was a great place to live. There are a lot of rules delineated at the signing of the lease, but that's just the manager doing her best to inform her soon-to-be tenants. I've lived in quite a few apartment complexes, and the rules at Olive Tree Apartments were pretty standard. Mostly it comes down to respecting your neighbors and the grounds.

My husband and I loved Olive Tree Apartments. The pool area and the building appears to be well maintained, and the unit we were looking at had a nice outdoor balcony area where we could put a grill. BUT, for us the apartment manager seemed extremely overbearing and controlling!! I like to have rules that help neighbors get along, but I'm also an adult and this person felt like a chaperone waiting to discipline her patrons. Although we really loved everything else about this place, the thought of having this person as our building "dean" was a real downer, and ultimately we chose
