I have lived at Montrachet for the last three years and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The office staff are incredibly thoughtful and responsive. On the rare occasions I had a concern or issue, the office staff and/or maintenance always responded promptly and professionally. The community of residents are all very nice and quiet. There were never any loud parties that disrupted other residents. Something I loved was the abundance of parking. It was nice being able to have a friend stop by and be able to quickly find parking near my building. You will not find that at any other apartment complex

Excellent service from the office and maintenance! Our water heater quit on us yesterday. I submitted a repair request and Amanda responded in less than five minutes! Jose from maintenance was here fifteen minutes later and our new heater was installed by early afternoon. The attention given to residents is superb and the property is safe and clean. If you're considering moving here, I highly recommend it.

Came to Montrachet after looking at several nearby apartments and have to say this is my favorite. Close enough to everything yet still has a secluded feel. The grounds and amenities are beautiful and kept up well and you feel like you get spoiled right at home with your own Tuscan guest suites to rent if you have family or friends in town (poolside, no less!). It has a resort feel to it. I've had tons of questions in the process and have been met with friendly ladies in the office who have been more than willing to help. Just awful. They say they are dog friendly, however if your dog barks for more than 5 minutes you get a notice from their office. After three notices within a year you are asked to get rid of the animal or move. The staff seems very nice to get you in but once you are officially moved in you realize it's compound full of nosy neighbors, low income residents. If your on the second or third floor you have to tip toe around your apartment and are told by staff to not wear shoes or high heels in your home. Took a quick walk through while trying to decide where to move. The apartment has a weird split between areas, but it's clean and fairly quiet despite being near a major road. The buildings look sharp and one of the residents I ran into said they love it here. Will definitely consider moving here.

If you are looking for the best place to live in Napa, Montrachet is not even close. We dont know if the leasing staff have a problem with us as we are not US residents, but they put so many obstacles in the application that they made us live hell. Every time they ask something and we brought it to them, they would find a “problem”; even though the papers were in perfect condition.
We believed they discriminated us. Not being enough, we paid a fee and they didn’t refund it.
We dont recommend this place. A really bad experience.

Living at Montrachet has been such an amazing experience! The facilities and grounds are always impeccable, as well as the staff. From the tour to the move to the maintenance, everyone has always been so responsive and lovey! You will not find a better apartment community in Napa, or the Bay Area! I would like to particularly recognize Jose from engineering for always going above and beyond and addressing every concern in a timely manner and with a great sense of urgency!

I have lived in the Montrachet Apartments for 5 years and I am going to renew my lease for the sixth time this coming May. Living here has been a blessing! It has everything you could want in an apartment community:
1. Wonderful amenities: pool, gym, guest housing
2. Beautiful apartments: quality appliances, great floor plans, lots of storage, well-built structures (quiet).
3. Fabulous location: right on the bus line to get up valley with ease, great shopping just steps away, and just minutes to downtown Napa.

Montrachet Napa offers a luxury style living community with a very efficient, caring and professional leasing and maintenance team.
During our stay we had no issues at all.
The apartment is always well taken care off.

Helpful and friendly staff. Becoming homeless after the fires Montrachet have been helpful and supportive for us. Facility is always clean and maintenance requests are fast to respond.

I can't say enough good things about the ladies in the leasing office. Malissa is always so cheerful warm and welcoming from the first time I met her to tour the property.She is helpful and goes above the call of duty. She's a consummate professional, as are her coworkers Ashley and Tammy. Thank you ladies for helping My move from the East Coast go little smoother.
Jose, the maintenance director is great also and always helpful.
The pool area is lovely. And, dog biscuits welcome my furry boy, in the community room.
Recommend the apt complex, price is culture shock, but, this is Napa

Lived here last year for work and had an awesome year. I had an apartment over looking the pool and I have to say coming from a big city there was not a lot of noise which was great. I lived here while they were still doing upgrades but they were always very clear about building times and updates. My only improvements would be the water pressure to the higher floors and no elevators . On the positive but my unit was clean, customer service was responsive and I felt very safe. Would recommend to others. I had a great time having friends over, plenty of things to do in Napa & St.Helena area.

I agree with John D regarding this construction zone we call home. It's HORRIBLE. We are at home during the week and therefore are subjected to drilling, pounding, loud voices, barking dogs (because they hate the construction) and crying babies (because they hate the construction). I literally want to scream every day I'm home.

Generally, our apartment is spacious and nice. The pool is lovely when it isn't overcrowded and the fitness center is nice. Diana is terrific, very responsive, and always pleasant.

But I'm typing this as my apartment literally shakes from construction

Okay, seriously listen here. This place is a huge construction zone 24-7, no matter where you go on the property you hear drilling and hammering. The apartment complex is redoing stair set support beams. It's unbearable and this construction is probably for the next 2 years. It's looks nice on the outside and yes some of the apartments are nice on the inside but you can rent a small nice home in Napa for the price of rent. Lots of transients always digging through the dumpsters and random people who don't live here access the pool area. But staff doesn't care.

Let me preface this by saying that I do not live here, however, my mother does. She has been a resident here for many years and has been through several changes at the property. When she first moved in she was very happy with the staff and their attentiveness. During her time here there have been staff changes and they have not always been consistent. Small disclaimer: I don't live here. But! I was shown 5 different apartments in my search for the perfect one and every single one I saw was magnificent. The only reason I didn't take one was because the rents were just a little out of my range, but the place is so beautiful. Granted, there's some construction going on right now, but you can tell its for the best since the club house is being fully re-done, there are plans for a bocce ball court and bbq stations, they're working hard to gut the place and really install good, working structures that will stand the test of

I am actually giving them negative 5 stars. Avoid renting an apartment here because there is no other place worse that this complex in Napa.

I have moved out from this place a month ago now, and just received my deposit back. First of all, when the maintenance guy, Jose, did the walk through with us when we moved out, Jose was inspecting the apartment and expecting the place to be brand new even it wasn't in the perfect condition when we moved in a year ago. Jose saw some marks on the wall left by magic eraser and said "we have to repaint the whole apartment". My husband was so
