I visited Hyland Village as I am looking to relocate for a job offer in CO. It’s a beautiful property & has amazing amenities. The office staff was very prompt and professional. Answered all my questions about the area as I’m out of town. If I decide to take the job, this property is the first on my list!

Writing an updated review because things have gotten a little out of control here. Everyone pays LOTS of money to live here, and we also pay $100 per month for one garage spot that is supposed to keep our vehicles secure. In my building garage alone, 4 catalytic converters and one motorcycle have been stolen from vehicles parked IN THE GARAGE. There have also been multiple thefts in the other building's garage as well.
One of the other residents contacted corporate after her catalytic converter was stolen and was told that they, "did not see a reason for installing security cameras at this time

Do not live here!
If you live anywhere facing the courtyard you will hear dogs barking at 5am and kids screaming at the pool from 10am-8pm every day. Working from home has been painful. Complaining to management doesn’t work they don’t care because they can’t hear it.
I missed my 60 day notice (40 instead) to let them know I was moving out. I am forced into paying +$800 for a month to month to reach the 60. They could easily find someone to fill my apartment in 40 days but would rather scam me out of 800$. Terrible people!
Maintenance is great they deserve better.

Normally, I'd give it give Caliber a 4-4.5, it's a bit pricey but overall a great place to live. Over the past week the building's fire alarm has been going off at random times. The management has told me and probably other residents that it is being fixed or at least dealt with, but I am writing this at 9:00pm on 2/15, it's still going off. This problem, that should only be a one time ordeal is continuing to happen. Once the fire alarm does not go off for a week, I will re-write my review to my thoughts on how great of a place this is to live, but until then, they'll get a 1 star because that

We have lived here for 2 years going on our 3rd and we have had nothing but a great experience. The staff is always kind and always returns our phone calls in a timely manner. The common areas are a great addition and the gym has tons of equipment for all your needs. The staff a management try hard to make it feel like a community by hosting bbq or get together (pre covid) for its residents. Those events continued virtually with a online wine and paint and a valentines day raffle. The apartments on the third floor are super quiet, and we’ve never had an issue with hearing our neighbors. We've lived here since mid February, and our experience has been mostly top notch and super pleasant! Tim, the maintenance man, is an absolute joy and you can tell he truly cares about the residents here. He always makes it a point to say good morning to me and love on my pup. Gus. He is always timely with maintenance requests and is just a great person. We love him!

These apartments are absolutely beautiful! Inside and out. I love the pool and the gym has great equipment! The property is very well maintained.
The staff is also top notch! Always friendly and quick response times.
I spoke with Misha and she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! Probably the best customer service I have ever received from a complex.
