As the former Leasing Agent at Villas at Parkside, Nikki is the best, she has helped me improve on aspect of my Skills. I highly recommend employment here. She is also very great with all her Residents as the Onsite Manager.

I have recently moved here so far Nikki and Linda have been such great help in making me feel at home! The kids love the huge park just across the street such a bonus to have!!

Villas Park apartments is a great place to stay at. Nikki Jones the manager is very helpful made me and my family feel welcomed after months of looking for places to call home as well as takes our opinion and our situation into mind and as well as takes action right away when a problem occurs.

I have lived here about a year now. The property manager, Nikki Jones is very kind and professional as well as the maintenance staff. Any maintenance issues i have had (maybe 1 or 2 minor) have always been dealt with and resolved in a timely manner. The property is well kept and maintained on a regular basis. My son and I also enjoy the park and the ducks right across the street. We are happy to call Villas at Parkside our home.

I have been living here for a couple months now and am very content at Villas. The amazing staff is always so friendly and helpful with any questions or requests i may have. Nikki the manager is very helpful and shows a genuine interest in the tenants. Linda her assistant is very sweet and always goes the extra mile to make sure she can help you. Alan, the maintenance man is very nice and willing to help with any troubles you may have. Overall it is a great place to live with really nice people managing and helping you. I am very happy here and hope to live here for a long time!😊👍
