Lived here for only 8 short months, but no complaints loved living here everyone there is so kind. There was no cockaroches like others have stated I feel like if you keep your apartment clean then you avoid that issue. Of course there's water roaches but that is anywhere you go to. Not too many but common. My son loved living here as well. Pool was always clean and well maintained. They dont rob you for your money either! Just keep your place well maintained everyone else complaining about their deposit, but what you get returned depending on how well you leave your apartment. Recommended this

Wanted to rent from this place, however they chose to assign me a parking spot right next to the trash can, smaller than all of the other parking spots (my car did not fit). I explained to them that my car does not fit and requested a normal sized parking spot. I explained to them that I am a registered nurse and also that I am pregnant and I did not want to stress about having to find parking every day after a 12 hour shift at the hospital when the lease STATES that we would have one assigned parking spot (parking is known to be an issue here). They chose to cancel the lease rather than assign

We have been here for a few months now and have enjoyed our time here.
The maintenance guys are very nice and helpful, the office staff are just a text message away when you need something and the grounds are taken care of MUCH better than other surrounding apartment complexes. For the price you can not beat what you get- yes the appliances are dated- but we have never had any issues with them at all.
The one complaint that I have is the parking situation. I wish they would let you rent carports instead of doing one per apartment-which I do feel would bring in more revenue. Sometimes the parking

One good thing about these apartments is that the community is very quiet. We’ve never had issues with loud neighbors. Other than that, these apartments are nothing special and overpriced. Definitely not luxury like it’s stated on their signs. The cabinets and windows are outdated and old. The parking here is terrible. We pay $1,200 for a 1 bedroom unit and can’t even find a parking spot 95% of the time. And if we do, it’s super far away. It’s frustrating that there is very little parking spots and that the same cars are always parked in them and hardly move. Also, don’t bother calling

Moved here in September 2018, only left as we were moving back to England. Fantastic place, could not fault it at all. Management were spot on, very helpful if you needed anything. Complex kept very clean, maintenance quick to respond to any issues. The pool was amazing, biggest pool I've ever seen in an apartment complex. We received nearly all our deposit back after living there for over 7 months, just a small charge taken out for some painting and carpet cleaning which is more than reasonable as we had our dogs with us. We lived on a block with a lot of children, made my 8 year old son

When I moved in to my apartment 3 years ago my carpet was trash, it was old you could tell it had been through many tenants. I told the management at the time about the carpet and they said they would notate it in their file. Now I'm moved out and the new management decided to complete jerks and charged me $1300 for the ragged old carpet I didn't destroy. If you want to be treated like crap and lied to then live here. They are way over priced as well. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE.

I've been here for 9 years. The ladies in the office are professional,courteous and helpful. The maintenance crew are always on top of things and get problems fixed in a timely manner. The pool area and surrounding grounds, common areas are kept clean and ready for tenets to use when they want. If you are looking for a place to stay this is a must see, take the time and take the tour and come look around.

My wife and I have enjoyed making Oak Park Apartments our home for over 10 years. Our overall experience has been wonderful. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. If any repairs are needed the maintenance team gets the job done. The ladies in the office are always very friendly and always there to help with whatever our needs are. All in all Oak Park will continue to be our home.

If you like cockroaches then this is the place for you. Since it has an infestation of them. Both home roaches & water roaches. My sister is the most clean person I’ve ever known she literally has like an ocd of being clean & she could not get rid of these. They would still be in sight. In her closet, in the living room & specially in the bathroom she saw most of the water ones. I couldn’t visit her without being paranoid. It was a night mare. Cockroach luxury is what the name of this place should be...

I have lived at Oak Park for the past two years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here! The management and leasing consultants are extremely professional and handle any of my issues in a timely fashion. The maintenance guys also helped when our heater had issues this past winter. The guy was here in less than an hour and quickly resolved the issue! Maintenance also takes really good care of the complex. Everything always looks green and the trees look well-trimmed and well-kept. There is also a little park which we love taking our kids to. The rent at Oak Park is far more competitive than anywhere

Have lived here for several years and have nothing to complain about. Maintenance is usually very quick to fix any problems that may come up. The ladies in the office are extremely helpful with any questions. I have always dealt with Haley (leasing agent) and she is on top of everything I have ever needed. Relatively clean property minus the occasional dumpster divers and the numerous stray cats. Overall it's one of the better apartment complexes in Turlock especially for the price

It's been an extremely pleasant experience so far.
I recently outgrew the current apartment that I'm living in. I was sad because I thought I was going to have to leave oak park apartments then I learned that oak park has a 3 bedroom 2 bath option. I went and spoke to the management team about upgrading and they gave me awesome advice.
After applying for the 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment the management team at oak park apartment was so helpful in facilitating this process....

The new management isn't great. They don't get anything done on time what so ever. It takes weeks for them to get things done and you have to constantly tell them that you need this done and it's honestly annoying especially when you've been living here for a while and they bring in these new people and they don't know what the heck they're doing. They try to act professional but they're really not. Get better people who know what they're actually doing!!! All they worry about is parking and where people park. And they pick little things that aren't

I've lived here for 1.5 years now, I give two stars because it is economical considering the amenities. There is a cat problem with stray cats running around everywhere and neighbors that leave food & water outside to feed them. Management leaves notes to everyone not to feed cats but they do it anyway with no recourse or actions taken against them. The pool is nice for hot summers, the gym isn't very big, has two treadmills, one all in one weight machine(no free weights); unfortunately the security patrols apartments tends to close gym before stated time of closing, leaving you locked out. UPDATED: 8/9/18 My husband and I have been here for about 5 years now. Rent does seem to go up every time we renew. The last 2 times it was a $75 increase. The maintenence staff typically starts the day picking up trash, however, there always seems to be trash in front of our apartment. Our AC unit went out during 100+ degree weather (three times) but thankfully that got fixed right away, including getting a new unit after the 3rd break. There is a cockroach and snail problem, which they have sprayed for, but they keep coming back. I have found a roach in my daughter's playpen inside. There
