The Boardwalk Apartments are located in a newly developed residential area of Turlock. We enjoy a convenient location right behind CSU Stanislaus as well as walking distance to Medeiros Elementary, Turlock Junior High, and Pitman High School. Join us in a beautiful park like setting full of lush green landscaping and trees throughout the entire property.
Enjoy two sparkling pools as well as laundry facilities located throughout the property. Each apartment is spaciously designed with almost 1,000 square feet, featuring central heat and air, a private patio/balcony, refrigerator, dishwasher and ceiling fans. In addition, we have newly renovated floor plans which include washers and dryers in select units.

This review will probably be the longest and most honest review I’ve ever given. The apartment itself is nice. There’s a lot of downsides to this place that says I do not recommend unless your a student going to Stan state. The Parking situation is horrible. Even if you have a parking pass it seems all parking spaces are taken, so majority of my time living there I was forced to park on the main road. The walk from the parking area to the apartment is dreadful especially if you need to bring groceries in or move. I recommend buying a rolling cart to bring In groceries if needed. Also be sure

I would highly recommend living in your car over renting a highly overpriced apartment at the Boardwalk. I am not kidding.
First of all, do NOT believe the pictures they post online. Those pictures are of the renovated apartments, which they charge nearly $1,700 for while it only has one total bathroom! Our apartment was much more run down because we weren't willing to cough up the extra $400 we couldn't afford.
After moving in, we almost immediately started having problems: cabinet and door hinges coming off the walls, the water heater failing (twice), poor drainage, misaligned doors that wouldn

One problem after another with these apartments, first water leaking through windows, and dealing with terrible air conditioning units constantly breaking. Kitchen cabinets layered with paint very unpleasant to touch. Most of all when we underwent construction for over 6 months and were able to enjoy our time out of school and the first 2 months back in school without any internet at all. The management acts nice, but it’s very fake and doesn’t give much attention to your problems. This apartment is only convenient because of its location next to campus. If I was to recommend living somewhere

Though some of the staff seems nice, they are horrible at customer service. For example they had me wait all day at home for a maintenance person to come to my apartment to repair my air conditioner. I find out about 30 minutes before the leasing office is about to close that maintenance won't be stopping by and they have to hire a 3rd party to repair the air conditioner. I found out that they knew about this in the morning time and never called me to let me know that I didn't have to wait for maintenance. I was the one who called them to find this news out, they never had any intention of giving

I have to disagree with everyone about the office staff. I've had nothing but great experiences with the office staff at the Boardwalk. I do, however, agree with the parking situation. It is nearly impossible to have guests over unless they park in another neighborhood and you go pick them up. I think it is fair how they have enforced the parking lot in the last few months. They saw that too many visitors were parking in the lot without a pass, so they cracked down and started towing so those of us that did have a pass could finally park. The apartments are new, but the maintenance comes and fixes
