Parking lots flood badly when it rains, close enough to get into your cars. We contacted the manager and received no response in over 24 hrs. When we called emergency maintenance, they told us that they wouldn't fix the flooding but to call security and have them do it. Security laughed and told us that's not their job, it's emergency maintenance's job. People are stressing over their cars being flooded now & are unable to find open spots to move to.

My fiancé and I have been living here for almost a year now and I can honestly say I have lived somewhere that has felt more like home than this place. The maintenance team is very nice! They constantly always wave and say hello to you as there passing by. We haven't had much issues with any of the appliances or things not working except for the normal things with any place. If we ever had a problem, maintenance was there within the same day and the problem would be resolved. The staff at the front has been amazing. They are so sweet. I've been living here for over a year. I've noticed that the staff only puts effort into fixing things if they can make a profit off of it. There wasn't a pet rent a year ago, but due to people not picking up after their pets there is now pet rent. They have recently threatened to charge monthly for parking due to cars being left too long in open spaces. Parking? Really? We don't live in the bay. Nobody charges for parking here. The AC has always had problems. When I called to have it fixed, there was no answer, so I left a message. I waited for an hour for them to finish lunch, but got no response. After another hour, I finally received a call saying they were sending someone over now. Waited ANOTHER hour, and then called to see when the repair man was supposed to be here. The staff member was rude (as usual) and said "he should be on his way" in a condescending tone. He finally arrived, thank goodness. It was cold, damp. There landscaping was bad. People who had pets let them mess on the grass and not pick up after them. If you like trains then move here, but if you don't want to be woken by trains all night don't move in. It is great there is a park near by, but you can't go there at night as I was told about stabbings, and other illegal activities. The 1st weekend we moved in to there were cops all over.
