With having the privileges' of building this complex while attending CWU. This place has an amazing staff, from groundkeepers, management, to office staff. I am thankful for the last 2.5 years at this complex and I hope it only strives for greatness moving forward. Thank you for everything, especially with the process of a lease takeover.

Worst experience ever! The mangers to start off are condescending and compulsive liars. Office staff are nice and friendly but make statements that are untrue and deceiving. Also apartments are made with very cheap material and NOT worth the price tag to live there. Be careful because they will LIE to you sooner or later. Do not recommend for anyone, especially at their prices.

Honestly the worst place I’ve ever lived. The management is condescending as hell. They think their title makes them better than everyone else. Highly recommend not ever live here ever. The apartments fall apart after a year. Cheap material and carpets. This place is not a good place to live, honestly.

I’ve really enjoyed living here at Central Park this year because all the staff is so kind and always willing to help if I need anything. I love how spacious my apartment is, and having a maintenance team on site that will come at all hours is so convenient. My sink was leaking after hours once and I didn’t know how to fix it, when I called the maintenance phone someone came and fixed it right away. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here and would recommend Central Park.

Came to Central Park to look at becoming a tenant because I had heard such great things, I had to check it out for myself. When I arrived I was greeted by a beautifully landscaped and well kept community! The staff we extremely friendly and willing to help! The apartments were well kept and clean. They have an amazing maintenance team and an amazing Leasing Professional Elena!

I initially looked at living at Central Park because their property and landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately, I moved but the maintenance team at Central Park is absolutely amazing and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Have heard nothing but great reviews from friends who are current tenants and had a positive experience with them. Highly recommend anyone looking to rent and Cristian and Josh are wonderful!
