I believe that prioritizing your health bleeds into all areas of your life. My goal is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through fresh new workouts that challenge your body and get you the results you desire. I am an ACSM certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over 10 years professional experience.

I work with my clients online from my home garage gym in Cincinnati, offering a private and personalized experience. I also offer outdoor in person training for individuals, couples/friends and small groups. I specialize in creating programing for at home workouts and currently training online via Zoom, FaceTime or Skype training.

I'm a midwesterner at heart, born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. I followed my calling west in the 00s, spending a decade in San Francisco before moving to Denver in 2017. In 2020, amid a pandemic, I moved home to Cincinnati to be closer to family again. My love for health and fitness started about 18 years ago when I went through a weight loss transformation, losing over 50 lbs.

Annah is just the trainer I was looking for. She has such thorough knowledge of the body and has been able to work with my specific workout needs due to a few injuries. Every workout (and accompanying music mix) is different and she keeps our sessions fun and interesting. I also appreciate that she meets me where I am at but also pushes and encourages me to dig deeper. I love the privacy of her home garage gym and many of her workouts can easily be taken home for off days. She is now offering online training sessions too which is a dream for my frequent travel/work schedule. I only wish I had

I've been training with Annah since May of 2018 when I was three months pregnant. Thanks to Annah, I had a healthy and fit pregnancy and was actually in better shape pregnant than before I started working with her. Annah is supportive, understanding, and will always challenge and push you without pressure. My sessions with her are always a highlight of my week and I definitely feel like something is missing when I don't train with her. I cannot express how much I love working with her and recommend her to anyone who wants to make fitness an integral part of their lives.

Highly recommend Annah! She taught bootcamp for Old Navy HQ employees in SF and I really looked forward to her class at the end of the day. She is a great motivator, I learned see working out as play, and appreciated all the form adjustments. It's been years since took a bootcamp class but I still do the workouts she taught me. Hire Annah now. She is extremely knowledgeable, working effectively around my long-term injury while still challenging me. She is always prepared for our sessions and strikes just the right balance between pushing and encouraging me. I have been a client of Annah's in Denver, CO for about 6 months and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals. I first discovered Annah after I ran my first half marathon that didn't go the way I planned. I learned the hard way that strength training was a big component missing in my training.

Annah is knowledgeable and a very qualified trainer. She designs workouts specifically for each client and will never have you do the same workout twice. Her personal gym is perfect for anyone, like me, who can get a little intimidated by big gym equipment.

I have been working out with Annah for over a year and highly recommend her as a personal trainer. She is very knowledgeable in many different types of workouts and will custom tailor a regimen for you that will get you results. Every workout is different, so it never gets boring. One day we might do lifting, and the next cardio/circuit training, etc. It's not completely random though -- as mentioned Annah designs the workouts with your current abilities and goals in mind, whether it's building muscle, weight loss, or training for a marathon.

My experience with Annah was truly life changing. I was in better physical shape while working out with Annah than I've been in in 25 years. I was buff and strong and felt better than I had in YEARS. This also had a tremendous positive effect on my mental state as well, helping reduce stress and anxiety.

Annah is a great trainer and a fun person to be around. She makes the hard work of training more enjoyable. The workouts are always unique and challenging!! I would recommend Annah to people of all fitness levels. Since working out with Annah I feel great. I am much more toned, had increased stamina, and became a better runner. I even worked out with Annah through most of my pregnancy and she adapted everything to keep fit and healthy.

Annah is top notch. Really. She is a stellar educated and certified fitness trainer with an amazing work ethic who has literally transformed my body & mind. I started working with Annah six months (and 40+ lbs) ago when she came in, assessed my fitness level, helped me set goals and built a program tailored just for me. Simply put, she got the job done.

Annah will push you past your comfort level--and will give you customized workouts to do on your own. Your "homework" as she calls it. They will get progressively harder, but the results show, and they show fast and it is SO worth

If you want a trainer who knows their stuff. Annah is for you.

Do you dislike doing repetitive workouts that are the same thing day in and day out? Annah's vast knowledge of exercises keeps the workouts fun and fresh. She also imparts a lot of tips for diet as well.

Most importantly, Annah listens to you and makes the appropriate changes to the workout to benefit you.

Well, this might be deemed the most important, I lost over 30 lbs following Annah's direction.

I've been training with Annah for about a year. Here's what I really love/appreciate/enjoy about working with her:

- She listens. If something's wrong, if there's a question, if something needs to be modified, she reacts accordingly. Because she has been doing this for awhile, she knows that not all bodies can do the same things, so she's happy to offer other suggestions. She knows the difference between "Ow, that hurts," and "Ow, I'm lazy." And I'm not talking about going easy: sometimes she takes your strengths and pushes THOSE.

Annah is not only an awesome trainer but also a great person as well. She has many a times kicked my butt but always in a good way. She makes sure you are performing each exercise/workout the proper way and adjust accordingly to your needs whatever it may be. Her Cross fit background help drive her workouts to a level that will push you both physically and mentally (in a good way!) I would highly recommend her as a coach/personal trainer!!!

Annah is one of my all-time favorite personal trainers, and simply a great person. I've been fortunate to work with her for more than 1.5 years in one-on-one training sessions. Annah rocks! I got the best workout I'd had since college when I dropped into her bootcamp class one morning. She pushed me harder than I would have worked otherwise, and made me feel great about the workout. Definitely let her pump. you up.
