As a HVAC Contractor I came into contact with Consumer Protection though a home they inspected. I was called out by the realtor for a repair and was unclear as to some of the wording in the report they put out. I got into contact with Mark the owner of Consumer and not only did he clear up my interpretation of his report but he went over and above and shared the complete video of the camera inspection he did. I was able to locate and repair the ductwork with minimal efforts because of this.

CPI did a GREAT job inspecting my new home. They were thorough and identified several issues that needed to be addressed by the sellers before I closed. They had a flexible schedule to meet me when I was off work and the customer service interaction with inspector was outstanding. I would HIGHLY recommend Consumer Protection to anyone needing an inspection!!!!

Absolutely the worst. Had home inspected last year by them. Now we are selling this year and the inspector found several issues. When reviewing the inspection report from CPI he didn't bother to even go into the attic (where there were many issues), and he didn't look at any of the windows at all! Now we are having to fix a bunch of things that could have been avoided. Not only that, but when we first moved in there was a roof leak and our ceiling caved in as well as our swamp cooler giving out (come to find out the "new" one really had a 10 year old motor in it. Why would none of this be inspected
