I arrived early at our inspection date and Dave Diffendorfer was already at the residence conducting the inspection. The residence purchased had a lot of space to cover and Mr. Diffendorfer covered it all. I have purchased several properties in the past and this was clearly the most detailed. The bonus in this experience was the portfolio provided that included photographs with arrows detailing issues or problems that needed to be fixed. I later used the portfolio to make the minor repairs. I highly recommend Eye Spy Home Inspections for your next home purchase. You will not be disappointed.

We hired Eye Spy to inspect the new home we were buying and we couldn’t have had a better experience. David Diffendorfer, the owner, was extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Our home was over 4500 square feet and he inspected every inch. Also he gave us a detailed book documenting any issues he found and offered to go through the details with us. A true professional and a great guy!

I was so impressed with the 1st inspection David did for me on a house I wanted to buy that I used him again for a second house. His inspection reports are timely, thorough, detailed and include pictures of any items he's recommending repair or replacement on. He was patient in answering my many questions and fair in his pricing. I highly recommend him!
