Our extensive, professional training is recognized and approved by ASHI, NAHI, InterNACHI and other professional organizations.

All reports include easily distinguishable sections and full-color photos along with a description of any and all issues or concerns. This inspection is for a typical stucco home on Albuquerque's Westside. The home was built on a slab and just under 1900 square feet with an asphalt shingle roof.
This home includes attic access which allows our inspectors to note insulation type and amount along with whether the home has adequate venting for plumbing and appliances and whether the correct type of ventilation tubing/material has been used.Also visible from an attic is whether the roof has ever allowed any type of moisture damage.

So very disappointed. My husband and I purchased our first home and used Sandia Home Inspections. After signing we began to move into our new home only to find out that we had a MAJOR problem. There was a gas leak at a furnace that Danny had inspected and passed, as well as our hot water heater not being up to code. There is also a gas leak in the main home line. The gas company had to take our gas meter and now our family is without gas or hot water. I reached out to Danny and he was very nonchalant about this and said that he doesn't bring out his "gas sniffer" unless he physically smalls gas

Pre-purchase general home and termite/dryrot inspection. Inspector prompt, on time. Friendly. No problem answering questions during inspection.
