Concept One has been in business since 1996. We are affiliated with ASHI (the American Society of Home Inspectors); a member of the Better Business Bureau in good standing; and licensed by the State of New Mexico as a general contractor.

We offer the widest variety of home and commercial building inspections, conducted by experienced inspectors, including not only all the standard inspections usually needed at time of the home sale, but also low-cost Listing Inspections, Structural Engineer, Mold Inspections, Radon and lead paint testing.Our warranty offers a choice of a twelve- or fourteen-month contract; has one of the highest dollar limit amounts on claims.

All of our inspectors are trained according to the standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and have extensive experience in the construction trades. Several Concept One inspectors have attended Inspection Training Associates. ITA is the first licensed home inspection school in North America.
