I am a Certified Master Home Inspector, licensed, certified, and insured in the State of New Mexico. InterNACHI, International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I am required by InterNACHI to maintain a continuing education program to keep my certification current with new products, procedures, and codes.
What does a home inspection include? The standard home inspector's report will cover the condition of the home's heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement and structural components.
We have a specific pricing formula. We start at $375 for a Complete Home Inspection up to 3000 square foot, single story home. There are specifics that can change the price, like two stories, crawl spaces, detached garages, pools/spas. Veterans recieve a 10% discount. We give 10% discounts to service people.
A Home Inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of a residential dwelling, performed for a fee, which is designed to identify observed material defects within specific components of said dwelling. Components may include any combination of mechanical, structural, electrical, plumbing, or other essential systems or portions of the home, as identified and agreed to by the Client and Inspector, prior to the inspection process.
Asphalt shingles are the most common roof covering that you will see, as they are relatively inexpensive, easy to install, and last between 15 to 40 years, depending on type. Despite the fact that there are many different styles of asphalt shingles, they are all manufactured and installed in the same way, so they tend to exhibit similar problems over their service life.

We used this company 3 times before we settled on a home. Fred is hands down the best home inspector you can find. He has great attention to detail! As a first time home buyer he explained to me what was essential and what was easy to fix. I see one person wrote a bad review, there is no doubt in my mind that person mistaken this company for another. Fred is an all around great person. Fred, with Superior Home Inspections was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough in his inspection. His report made me feel like I was right there looking over his shoulder as he went through every detail of the home. I hired Fred from Superior Home Inspection last year to take a look at a property that I was purchasing zoned for both residential and business. Fred did such a great job, so much in fact that I felt confident with my purchase of the condo. When the roof of the building was damaged due to the hail storm, we had in the fall of 2018; I hired a… roofing company that unfortunately did terrible work. We had prelisting home inspection. Fred was very thorough, and pointed out some elements of our home that had persisted even since we first bought the home (original home inspector missed it). He was very prompt, his reports are detailed, and he had recommendations about what was required in order to resolve some of the issues discovered. Very highly recommended!
