Pre-Purchase Inspection: A comprehensive inspection of all major components and appliances of the property. Your easy to read report will outline any safety. Seller Inspection: A "Move in Certified Home", a full home report, will give sellers a smoother closing process by having a compressive report in hand.
Typical costs of a home inspection can be anywhere between $250 and up depending on the age and size of the structure. A thorough inspection of the property will take between 2 to 4 hours. A report will be prepared and sent in 24 hours. Paying the lowest price is not always the best option. Qualifications and experience will help you save money in the long run.
Wind Mitigation: As a homeowner with windstorm insurance, state law entitles you to certain premium reductions, but without an inspection, you can't get them. During a wind mitigation inspection, a certified inspector reports on the key features that may decrease the amount of damage your home suffers during a hurricane or strong windstorm.
Four point Inspection: is often required when obtaining a new homeowners' insurance policy or renewing an existing policy. The focus of the inspection is to determine the approximate age, components, and general condition of these systems. Note: this type of insurance inspection should not be confused with a "standard home inspection" which is more comprehensive in regards to both detail and scope.
Seller Inspection: A "Move in Certified Home", a full home report, will give sellers a smoother closing process by having a compressive report in hand to show buyers and allows the seller the opportunity to make repairs before home goes under contract. A Seller home inspection provides a safety net to a potential buyer making your home much more desirable.

Seth Landry from Banyan Home Inspection Services, Inc was hired by the buyers of our home to inspect the property. Seth arrived about 20 minutes early for a 10:30 appointment (as we were leaving) and was still here at 12:30 pm when we arrived back. We asked if he would mind if we came “home” and his response was “I’m almost done and it will be about another 30-45 minutes, and I would prefer you not be here”. With that being said, we left and waited until he departed.

First of all, I retained Seth to inspect my first home I purchased. He was incredibly thorough and also one of the best priced. Outstanding job!
Later, I needed an Opening Protection Cert done in order to get a hefty credit taken off my insurance premium for having hurricane impact resistant doors and windows throughout. Seth made it out with no notice, quite promptly. Once submitted to the carrier, they decided to nitpick for other things that were really not necessary and apparently not heard of. Seth went out of

We were very pleased with our home inspection services. I was able to speak with Seth immediately when I first called, and he answered all of my questions. I felt like their 'all-in-one' pricing was fair compared to the competition but included everything we needed, including the wind mitigation for insurance purposes. They scheduled our inspection quickly, at a time that worked for us. Seth was on time (a little early even) for the inspection and did a very thorough job. He walked around with us, showed us any areas of potential concern, and welcomed any questions. The report was also very thorough

We used Seth for our home inspection and because of his attention to detail and due diligence, he recognized a serious problem with our wiring and saved us thousands of dollars. He showed up on time for the inspection and had the report back sooner than expected. Great experience overall and we will never use anybody else for future home purchases!

Can't say enough about Banyan Home Inspections and I recommend Seth Landry to anyone thinking of purchasing a home. My wife and I used Seth to inspect what turned out to be our first home purchase. During the inspection, Seth took the time to show us the issues with the home, how serious each was, and gave us the confidence we needed to complete the purchase. The detailed report he prepared for us has been the blueprint we have used to get our older home in shape and all the service professionals who have come out to fix the issues in Seth's report have confirmed Seth's assessment.
