Ive lived here for close to 2 years. This place is my home. Im lucky to have a great relationship with the managers and maintenance men. Ive had a few issues, minor, which I respectfully asked help with and they have been fixed in a timely manner. I would reccomend this complex to my friends. I intend to stay here indefinitely!!

I moved here about 4 months ago so I have a pretty good idea what goes on the staff are amazing th maintenance is on top the apartments are clean and cozy A little hard getting into because they really check out their tenents but that makes it a better place to live. My apartment is a a haul from where you have to unload your belongings but once you get moved in it’s fine. They have a gorgeous pool and jacoozie and the laundry mat is onsight. Your class thes really get dry. I love it here.

A quiet place to live. They have a pool/spa open year round. Walls are thin so you can hear people in apartments next to you. Had issues with our stove top burners & the maintenance man just said “oh they work” & left so we had the issue the whole time we lived there. It’s an overpriced apartment. I liked the high ceilings in the living room. It’s a nice spot to be when traveling north to Tucson or south to bisbee.

The management is really nice but the company they have to work for is not. We say it is not completely the staff but more of the company over. The same company that runs this one is running 3 more the same way. The overlords are a bit corrupt. But I am not speaking of my own experience but of the word of someone I know pretty well.
