Garden Plaza Apartments

Great apartments for very low price I'm sure anyone that's just beginning or who wants to find somewhere cheap would love these.
They don't ask alot just pay rent on time . Super friendly staff and all what you need at one place. Pool, Tennis, and laundry. Nice safe community to all your needs all in one place.

If you want to be threatened with lawyers for things out of your control move in here! Pandemic affects your job? No problem they absolutely wont work with you or show empathy

Lived here for a year by myself while my husband was in AIT. I thought it was very nice especially for the price (I'm from ny. Which is where you pay for your apartment with your first born and a kidney) it wasnt brand new and shiny but I loved it. Very simple and quite. I never had issues with neighbors or the ladies that worked here. Would live there again!

Absolutely terrible place to live. Both the ladies that work in the office will act nice when you're signing your papers, but the second you're done signing it's nothing but rudeness and being ignored. Both ladies in the office (Nola and Lisa) are just beyond terrible to deal with, the very few times we've needed something fixed it has taken months, the apartments are always having issues (pipes bursting, appliances breaking, etc) and now on top of that they're doing asphalt work and neglected to give us the schedule, now due to their ignorance we have to pay them $60. My husband and I just moved to sierra vista and was interested in garden plaza because it is located about 5 minutes to everything in town. However, they want $725 a month for a 2 bed 2 bath with very little amenities. Their apartments dont have garbage disposals, dishwashers, ceiling fans, no rec center, fitness room, or any other slight amenity you would find in most complexes today. Even providing just one of these would make the $725 in rent a little more reasonable. There are other complexes in town owned by the same company as garden plaza asking for over $700 in rent but are much more updated

My wife is disabled and we moved all the way from clarksville Tennessee to here after making arrangements for a first floor apartment only after we signed the papers did we find out this wasn't so they placed us on the 2nd floor . We tried to make due but on the first night while we was out to eat someone broke out our window with a rock. The maintenance guy begged us not to call the police so we didn't only to have them try to blame it on our dog the next day. When we found the rock in the room. Our dog was hurt really bad from broken glass on the inside of the room. Within two days we had roaches

I would stay at this apartment complex again.
- I stayed at Garden Plaza from August 2018-March 2019 (had to leave lease early due to job moving)
- Lisa in the office was helpful from leasing to move-out and everything in-between.
- My deposit was returned in full when I left, with no surprise charges.
- I put in maintenance requests twice (once for a light fixture, once for a runner on a drawer), and both times my requests were actioned faster than I expected for non-urgent maintenance requests (the light fixture was fixed same-day).
- I generally could not hear noise from neighboring apartments

I've lived here for close to four years and can honestly say it is horrible. They dont keep anything in working order and constantly shut off the water because pipes burst frequently. I'd also like to add that our rent has increased about 200 dollars since we started living here
