Sterling Pointe Apartments

I have never lived here but I have known many people that have and I visit quite frequently.
I understand the management isn't bad and the prices are reasonable. The grounds are usually well kept and the place is tidy. There's plenty of space in the apartments and ample parking.
It's also located near several shopping centers and half a dozen parks all within walking distance.

Very quiet, however I've had a broken sprinkler in front of my apmt for 2 weeks. It's getting worse, and it's not being fixed. Have a pond in front of my place because of it

Office staff were almost intentionally unhelpful. They made the application process hard for no reason. The place looks like a dump.

Do NOT live here. We lived there for two years, A/C always having issues. Our electric was sky high and kept asking why it was so and nothing resolved. We would be gone for 2 weeks outve the month, and electric bill would be 180$. Walls are thin, managment is nothing to brag about. We live in a house now, electric HALF as much, and not to mention we paid monthly for renters insurance and they STILL tried to bill us. I called 4 times and nothing I even left a voice message. I would never reccomend anyone to live here.

I lived here for a year and I have to say one of the best properties I've lived at. They take care of the property well and the property manager is fantastic. I would definitely live here again if I move back.
