People don't clean up after their animals and maintenance doesn't seem to notice. Management is poor. Pool has been closed for months and is turning green.

Haven't been able to use the pool in months. Management here is terrible. Says they're waiting on signs for the pool but its turning green.

Roaches, this place is pretty goss. Me and my pregnant wife got a 6 month lease and we really just want to move out already. The pest control does nothing for the bugs and my neighbor sells dope. All the house hold appliances are very used my stove barely works and parts of the inside of the apartment has graffiti that has been painted over that you can still see through the paint. If you arnt planning on buying your own furniture you should really just buy your own the coffee table they left is broken it only has 3 legs, the couch is also very worn the dining table is very wobbly. I mean, you get what you pay for. Folks expectations are too high at times.

They don't care about the A.R.S. statutes one bit the manager deserves to be fired for negligence of her renters duty... for upkeep and maintenance and for the safety and security of the tenants....

I've lived at Falcon Apartments going on 4 years & I just adore living here. Our new manager Christa has always been respectful to me &courteous & if something goes wrong it gets taken care of. No issues with my neighbor's either.

Renters beware. This is a rundown dirty apartment complex who takes advantage of the renters by making mistakes on your lease and forces you to pay extra months rent. They do not care about your military or veteran status only your money. Expect roaches and worn out carpets and no fresh paint or paced walls.

This apartment complex is a rip off. They don't care about the tenants, only what they can collect. The property manager made a mistake on my 3 month lease and is very excited to charge me for a an additional month on a mistake they made. They put you up in filthy run down apartment and only care about charging late fees and taking money for mistakes they made creating the lease. The apartments are old run down and filthy with plenty of roaches to keep you company. Don't come in expecting fresh paint and carpets. Expect filth and management who could careless about the conditions
