This was the perfect 6 month lease that I found in Sierra Vista that was affordable, clean, safe, and pleasant. I only needed the wall up studio which was spacious enough for my stay; and price rated very fair compared to the very few other places available that I researched in the area. Rarely did I hear others in apartments around me. The location is fantastic for anywhere you would want to go within Sierra Vista; maybe a 5 to 10 minute commute if you need to go anywhere in this smaller town.
My one complaint is that there is not a ceiling light in the living room area. However, the staff worked

I’ve lived here for the past 6 months while my husband has been in military training, and I have had an incredibly pleasant experience. I first picked them out because they were the only apartments in town that actually answered when I called during work hours, but it ended up being a great decision for me and my husband. My favorite part was that they were totally cool with working with us on our lease - we signed for 6 months with a military clause that let us out when we got our orders. And I’ve loved that the management is human: they talk straight with me and have always answered my questions

The location is nice but when I walked into the leasing office it reeked of smoke and dust. I literally couldn't breathe in there. Worse when I went into the apartment the smell followed. People were smoking everywhere outside. They should have a designated smoking area. The woman at the front desk was nice. It's super cheap but you get what you pay for. For that much you could stay in a place that's cleaner. Also you can hear neighbors TV's several units over. It's a hard pass for me.

I enjoyed my time here. Everyone was super nice. Terry and Dean are great! Maintenance was always there in a timely manner. No issues with any bugs or anything else. Nice neighbors. The other negative is the walls are very thin. I could hear my neighbor snoring at night. There was an issue with bees in and around the Jacuzzi.

I rented the townhouse apartment here from January 2015-2016. The staff is excellent, and plenty of notice is given if they need to enter your home. I loved how quiet the entire complex was. Children played outside, but not too late, and lighting around the complex at night was good. Terri is an absolute plus to the complex, ensuring problems were handled quickly and efficiently.
