Do not use this company. They have very very poor communication, helpfulness or assistance with issues involving HOA fees, payments and or answering general questions about your statements.
If I could give zero stars I would. My interactions with Sherry are nothing short of dismissive, rude, unpleasant and unhelpful.
Obviously this is a pattern for this company as seen by other reviews with similar issues.
I am not happy at all with my experience in dealing with this management.
Take your business elsewhere.

If I could give 0 star, I will do that!!! This company is so unprofessional, I never receive any instruction or name of the HOA company until 4 months moved-in. Then I got an email saying I have to pay few hundreds of late fee...why I have to pay late fee when I never get notified? Also, they never send you a statement on time...they only send you statement after due date..i guess then they can charge you late fee to earn their money. Email has no reply at all so tried to call, glad to have someone answered finally and solve the issue. But still, very unprofessional on how they handle things..very

We have been a part of our HOA for only a few short months. I reached out to this company soon after moving in to ask where I could pay my HOA bill. This company waited more than three months to send me an HOA Statement. When they finally sent the bill, they had charged me inappropriate fees, and in at least one case, double charged me. I have reached out multiple times to ask that they fix the bill. In response, they told me that I could try to set up a payment plan, but they might still have to send me to collections for not paying on time. We have since contacted an attorney to help us with

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Terrible service. Terrible company. Took 13 hours just to have someone turn our water back on, on a 103 degree day. Can never get a hold of them, unresponsive to calls and emails.

They recently took over my lease with where I am renting impossible to get in touch with them unless you go into the office. Call them multiple time and leave voice-mail to talk to management about my lease and they never call back. I walk my check into the office because they can't seem to check there p.o box for your check and then try to say they haven't received anything and are going to charge you late fees. If I could give zero star I would. Have not been impressed with there management glad my lease ends in 2 months because I do not want to deal with them again.

Yikes. I turned to WM as the President of my HOA, to help with managing a 12 unit property. They charged half of what other HOA management companies did. You most definitely get what you pay for. On top of the fact that mysteriously there would be the occasional additional fee from WM without any notice or explanation. Make sure to go through each month's financials with a fine toothed comb. They almost never answer the phone or emails. I had to hand hold to get anything accomplished. Their revolving door of employees over years is endless. They have no training for their employees and can't keep

I tried to call about some info about our internet (which is through them). Contacted internet company and they said I’d have to talk to HOA. So, I tried calling multiple times and never got a hold of anyone. So I went on the website and found an email for Richard And sent him an email with my question. He responded fairly quick the first time asking for the address and then beyond that NEVER got a response back. Tried calling again, emailed, NOTHING. worst customer service. Luckily I was able to fix the issue with the help of a relative but why should I have to do that when this company in charge

When my HOA turned to Western Management, I did not receive notification for months. There was no way to pay online. No way to pay over the phone.
they eventually partnered with a third party payment service that cost extra to pay online. The day that became available, I began making payments. I have since paid diligently and on time.
I received a single late payment notice that claims that every month I've paid has been late because of the aforementioned lack of ability to pay them. They are racking up late fees and not answering their phone. They're not answering any of my emails. They are

I was surprised to see several negative reviews below, as my interactions with Western Management Associates have been nothing but positive and professional. The principle broker is extremely knowledgeable and takes a very hands-on approach to manging our property. Smaller firm, great customer service, competitive pricing, will definitely continue using their services and will recommend to friends.
