Utah Property Management Associates is formerly known as Zions Securities Company, LLC, and Zions Securities Corporation. The purpose of the company was to manage and operate several acquired properties. Since that time, UPMA has become a full-service real estate company and has been involved with many Church properties primarily in Utah and in several other states.
The Commercial Group is the largest of three working groups within Utah Property Management Associates, LLC (UPMA). With innovative spirit, the group has been involved in development, construction, management, and leasing commercial and retail buildings, and working with private and public interests in downtown revitalization projects.
City Creek Parking is one of three working divisions within Utah Property Management Associates, LLC. UPMA has been professionally building, managing, and maintaining parking structures in downtown Salt Lake since 1986. Lots and parking structures are located in premier downtown locations for quick and easy access to office buildings, shopping, the arts, and event venues.
