Took 3 months for me to get my deposit back...AND I had to come from across the country to get it because no matter how many times I called and they told me "we will send it out tomorrow", it never got sent... Add in the fact that I never moved into the unit, never touched the unit, there was no reason for such a delay. Utah Law requires these be sent within 30 days. I don't like giving bad reviews, but they forced my hand. If you move out and if they (or any place) do the same to you, then look up Utah Code 57-17-3 and do what you need to do.

While this company is very quick to respond, there are too many other cons to counteract that one positive. I will say the other one "positive" experience I've had with this company is quickly taking care of maintenance issues, but that kind of work should be "standard" in this industry.

Me and my girlfriend looked at one of their apartments and had applied for it. My application came back fine. My girlfriends however had issues on their end after about a week of us doing what ever we can to get it through we finally get everything done and they tell us they'll either let us know later that day or the beginning of next week.(this was the Wednesday before thanksgiving) Somehow during the 2 or 3 hours they were still open for the week they rented the apartment out from under us. Alisha was amazing!
