He's had extensive experience working in property management Industry with a outstanding reputation. He knows what it takes to successfully manage owners with investment properties and the residents who live within these dwellings.
We look for tenants with stabile employment and respectful credit scores, who have a positive rental history. We look for tenants who have a history of paying their rent on time. We also consider the number of persons living in the unit so as to avoid overcrowding and excessive wear and tear on your property.

I had been partnered with Peaceful Property Management. They are horrible I tried to forgive them many times but because of their missing cleanings I lost a 16 day rental and received a 1star review. I even texted Nate Worthen that morning and asked if the place had been cleaned because they had missed cleanings before . I was told it had been cleaned then I get a call at 4:00PM the place was not cleaned it ruined my week. I then received a 2 star review because the unit was poorly cleaned. The cleaners only put out one towel per bathroom (believe me I have about 50 nice towels so this should not

Peaceful Property Management has been managing our commercial property now for about a year. Jenny has gone above and beyond what is normal for a property manager. She has spent numerous hours helping us get better organized and has made herself available even after hours for our many tenants. We would have never found anyone else this dedicated to helping our business succeed. PPM has proven themselves time and time again. Flint, as well, has been great. Any issues have been resolved quickly. Don’t hesitate to use them for management services.

Dealing with Peaceful Property Management has been a nightmare. Our landlord switched to them at the end of our lease and attempting to return the keys took over a week to get a response from anyone. Once we were finally able to arrange a time to meet we were told that our security deposit would be sent to us in "one to two weeks". It has been a month and a half and we have still not gotten our security deposit back. Every time we reach out to Emil we are told that it was just sent out and we will receive it in "one to two weeks". Luckily we never had to deal with them as tenants because this simple

They are absolutely a shining example of how many of us renters wish/hope other PM companies could/would be.
I've been a tenant at one of their property's in SLC since May of last year and honestly I've never been more happy! They've always been so friendly, respectful, professional and very attentive to all of my needs. I love the convenience of their tenant portal to pay my rent and log maintenance requests if needed. They make it a point to be timely and responsive. If I needed a new place tomorrow I would go to them first! No question

I am so happy with Peaceful Property Management. They found a good renter for my home in a short amount of time. Emil was available at anytime I had questions. He kept me constantly informed. I am beyond pleased with their level of customer service. I feel this level of communication and care has died and it’s really difficult to find a company to manage my property that is so on top it. I’ve now been working with PPM for a few months, and have absolutely loved it! The backbone systems they use have been a huge improvement to what I have experienced elsewhere with property management. Add on top of the systems, PPM has very professional and driven people. From our very first interaction after our tour, Emil has been absolutely outstanding in our entire renting process. I couldn't believe how smooth the leasing process was with Emil and Peaceful Property Management. We loved the home and just 2 days later it was ours. When we moved in, the house was inn tip top shape. Even with a repair or two since, everything is always taken care of in a respectful timely manner. So excited to continue to live in our beautiful home and work with Emil and Peaceful Management!

Peaceful Property Management has managed the property we live in now for about a year and it's been great! Emil has been very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We've extended our lease twice since Peaceful Property has taken over and everything has gone smoothly! We only needed our microwave replaced since we've lived here Emil was great coordinating getting it fixed by the work order guy. Definitely recommend!
