I've been here about a month and it's truly an amazing place to live. Very quiet, peaceful, and the amenities they offer are outstanding. Once a week the apartment complex concierge sets up different things for all of the residents. For example tonight is movie night with coco. FREE I highly recommend

I have been living here for almost 2 years now. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere other than Legacy at Lake Charles!!! The manager, Michael, is always kind and eager to help me whenever I need it! Everyone else in the office is also always extremely kind and helpful. It is such a quiet, beautiful place to be. Make Legacy at Lake Charles your new home!!!!

Don't rent here. Just the application fee is kept if there is an issue with your credit check, instead of working it out, but they don't tell you what it is. most places charge $60 or $75 to do background which is non refundable that make sense. I have run businesses for 40 years not a smart move here. I am moving to Lake Charles and probably in the top 1% of earners in this community. STAY AWAY!!!!

Michael and the rest of the staff is fantastic. The property was beautiful and well kept. They have amazing amenities and beautiful apartments. I have lived in this complex for about 2 months and I am beyond impressed. Amie, Michael, and Alexus in the front office are amazing and work hard to make this the best place to live. Me and my husband came here shortly after hurricane Laura hit and we were allowed to keep our stuff in the apartment before actually moving in which was an absolute blessing during that difficult time. The staff constantly updated the tenants of the situation with the power being out and let us know about our home every step of the way. The apartments themselves truly are beautiful and whoever designed them had great

Just renewed our lease at Legacy Lake Charles for a third year. After living in another apartment complex and being very disappointed, we decided to move to Legacy. Our rent rate went down slightly, but we got SO MUCH MORE. The amenities are top notch. The pool, gym, and multiple common areas are all resort like. Amenity design is also great because multiple groups can all use them at once and still have their own space, which is good during social distancing. I have nothing but good things to say about the Legacy Apartments in Lake Charles. The units have a very modern interior using grey and white tones. The grounds are so beautiful and well kept and the staff have always been so helpful. They have a resort style pool, coffee shop with Starbucks coffee, a full gym, and a dog park for all of the legacy pups. Highly recommended place to live!

Legacy at Lake Charles is an incredible place to live. The amenities are exceptional and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The maintenance team is very efficient. The property manager works tirelessly and is compassionate and caring. The resident events are very welcoming and well put together. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone.
